I made a mistake with my order and although it was quite complicated sorting it out I was impressed with the way all the staff I spoke to were so willing to help. It was certainly a much better experience than I felt I deserved! A special mention to Jeff in Telesales who sorted the perfectly-executed swap and to the tolerant staff at Oxford.

I ordered a Cambridge MXN10 on a Sunday, I had an email to say it was awaiting my collection on Monday! I perhaps expected Tuesday, but this was exceptional service.

The MXN10 is a really great bargain....I already have a Quad streamer, but it uses Playfi app - the Streammagic app is superior in every way, and has Qobuz Connect and, important for me, internet radio, and it all works like a dream.......happy customer!

I really liked the layout of your website and the questionnaire to help us decide which model was best for us (eg we dont watch sport). Great service and price. I ordered the Bowers & Wilkins M-1 speaker (Black) x 5 for my PC to upgrade my 25+ year old set-up (Creative Inspire 5.1). I had been searching for about a year trying to find 5.1 channel speakers specifically for PC and couldn't find anything that provided the sound quality I was looking for, as I use my PC for many things other than gaming, i.e. music production, watching movies, listening to music etc. I decided to look on Richer Sounds and found the perfect bookshelf speaker for the space I have. I done a little browse to compare prices with other retailers and found Richer Sounds to be the best and decided to place my order. The service from Richer Sounds was prompt, I placed my order on the Thursday evening (16 July) and received my order on Monday (20 July). The 6 year guarantee at no extra cost is a bonus which you don't find anywhere else. The overall quality and build of the speaker is excellent, and the sound quality and clarity of the B&W M-1's is amazing compared to my 25+ year old speakers. Ordered online and had an issue with PayPal but the team at Richer Sounds checked and reassured me and the item was delivered quickly. I’m currently enjoying streaming my vinyl through my wireless sound system and it sounds great!

I had a problem with the delivery, DPD delivered to the wrong address which was in the same cul-de-sac as mine. Fortunately, my neighbour spotted what had happened and brought the parcel to me. I contacted Richer Sounds and dealt with Kieran, he was great, he raised a complain with DPD, I furnished him with a photo of my property and told him that DPD failed to inform me that my parcel had been delivered. If my neighbour hadn't spotted the error, my £400 amplifier may well have been lost. By-the-way, the amplifier was great value for money, and Richer Sounds are always my first choice of hi-fi retailer.

Ordered item Friday, delivered by DPD on Tuesday. Great service and cheapest price.

As always Richer support is second to none . Delivery company messaged and turned up when they said they would. Only issue I had was I took advantage of a pretty decent discount and ordered the LG G6 TV , no mention of it being a pre order . Took over a month to arrive despite taking my money first , that annoyed me considering John Lewis having them in stock and Richer hadn't. I'd still deal with Richer regardless.

Excellent service from start to finish. My turntable arrived quickly and was well packaged. It was also super easy to pop it together by watching the installation video on the Richer Sounds website. Would not hesitate to order from them again.

Needed to order a new TV so went with Richer Sounds and so pleased that I did. It arrived less than 24 hours after I ordered, the delivery guys were fantastic and really helpful.
Highly recommended and great to order from a company with personal customer service and pay tax in the UK.
