Ordering was straight forward, delivery was good and was kept up to date regularly. Only small thing the remote feels cheap and nasty however the tv looks good and not had any issues yet.

Whenever I look for anything hi-fi related I always have a good look around for a good deal etc. Why is it then I nearly always come back to Richer Sounds. Easy. They are simply the best. Amazing communication and out standing product

Reconditioning an old Technics SL230 turntable and ordered a new cartridge to replace the damaged one on the turntable.
Arrived very quickly and the turntable is now fully functioning and back to playing my LP collection!
