Excellent service, quality products, and shipping was fast and perfect. I don't need aftersales yet, but if the purchase is anything to go by, then I'd expect it to be great.

I ordered a 43 inch Samsung OLED TV which worked fine for the first couple weeks but then the screen stopped working suddenly, and the TV became faulty. I called up customer service and explained my situation and they instantly agreed to send me a new TV of the same model, and to arrange a collection of the faulty tv within a week. All went well and I’ve never had customer service like this from anywhere else before, so I’ll definitely be telling more people about this store.

The staff are friendly and helpful and thoughtful, online system to buy is really brilliant , and all the goods I have bought are first class ☺️☺️
