Everything was as it should have been. Easy to orders d arrived on quoted day.

First time using Richer Sounds and would use again. Their customer service is good and they offer very good value for money and price match competitors.

Parcels arrive fast within a few days of ordering.

However two small dents on my AV receiver box when delivered.

Fortunately nothing inside was damage inside and it all works fine.

Easy to order. I expected my cassette player to arrive in 3to 5 days, but it arrived the following day. I forgot to add my discount at the time of ordering, but this was applied retrospectively .
