The experience started great, they were very nice and gave us full attention. They promise certificate that you get an hour after you pay. However this is a store apprisal, not IGI or GIA certificate. After pressed, they explained that lab grown diamonds do not have a serial number (which is not true). So be cautious, if you are after official/recognized certificates you cannot get them for lab grown diamonds at this store.

Not fair, deliberately provides incorrect information, after payment the certificate shows that the carat is lower than what was promised at the time of sale! Watch out!

Went there in good faith. Gave the specs I was given for the perfect engagement diamond. Smooth owner found me one and we agreed the price and everything else until suddenly the diamond wasn't available anymore and he found me a better one which I had to pay more for. When the new diamond arrived I asked about the fact it didn't sparkle. He just kept pushing me to look the Gia report.

It kept bothering me why the diamond did not sparkle and I did some research. The proportions which the owner said are irrelevant are the main factor in this. From the perfect specs, he sold me 2nd class stone with higher price. I got an opinion from the reputable jeweller and he told be it was exactly I expected : he sold me cheaper stone with higher price and of course when the proportions are not right, the diamond does not sparkle. Spent 5000 euros, tried to be careful but got fooled in the end.

Proposed to change the diamond to the owner who told me "I don't deserve it." and "I am not a child and therefore I should have made my own decision against his strong recommendations(pressure)". Simply put, stay away.
