I called Roamingmud to cancel my flight due to family health emergency and I had chance to speak with Ben about situation that I am in. He was amazing and professional understood situation that my family is in. Right away with professional voice comforted me and informed me that due to my situation his company will not charge my card any fees. Thank you so much and god bless his heart

My customer service was exceptional!!! My needs were met and Carlos was extremely understanding and helpful. He was patient, kind, and friendly. Most importantly my reservation was solidified and he helped fix an issue I experienced with the website. Thank you.

I booked three seats for a good price on Wednesday and on Thursday I received a phone call telling me there are no more seats in the Main Cabin at that price. They can, however, secure three seats for me at more than TWICE the price.

Classic BAIT & SWITCH. Unfortunately, the State Consumer Fraud Division does not deal with internet thievery.

As the other reviews were saying, it is basically a scam. They offer you a flight that is cheaper, and 30 minutes after they send an order confirmation number you an email saying it is all booked, so they charge you almost the same price as other websites.

Booked flights with Roaming Mood, and got a confirmation email. We received a call from them more than 12 hours later letting us know that they failed to book our flights at the advertised price, despite receiving a booking confirmation email from them.

Rather than provide solutions, the company was hostile and argumentative.

Lenny, was very professional and did not waste my time while helping to make a reservation to Mexico. Unlike other agents I called he did not play any sales games and saved me time and money.

Eddy helped me through my booking process, excellent work, patient and very kind. Highly reccomend
