If I could give a 0 rating, I would. You dick heads never once mentioned my ticket bring nonrefundable. I'm canceling 10 days in advance. My lawyer is already looking into your fraud of a company (according to online, you operate out if an African hair design studio, next door to a tattoo parlor in the Bronx. According to the BBB, you don't even exist. You are a fraud & I will destroy the lives of everyone involved in your scam!

TOM was extremely helpful in that once I made my reservation for one price and then the price doubled, he was able to work with me diligently until the price was only $35 more than expected. He was very professional, compassionate and thorough in making sure I was getting the best service possible. the booking of my ticket did not work. Tom was incredibly friendly and did everything in his power to help me find another cheap alternative on the day I needed it. He was very reassuring and gave me enough time to decide and didn't pressure me. so I could take care of it in peace. I felt in good hands!

Purchased tickets and was told that the price was not available 2 hours later. I was then offered a 500% price increase option. Roamingmood.com has a very low trust score which indicates that there is a strong likelihood the website is a scam. Be very careful when using.
