Robertson's Barry represented us in a sale a purchase of a residential property recently. The purchase was complicated by a land boarder issue and Robertson's went above and beyond to resolve the issue, taking on the work of another solicitor to make sure our deadline was made. Natalie especially was instrumental in the process and the move would not have happened without her.

Their communication was fantastic, keeping up up to date with the proceedings and via phone and email and always happy to receive our calls and provide advice, explanation and guidance throughout a unfamiliar process.

The sale of a deceased relative’s house was initiated by their equity release company so we had little say over the process. However, Robin who was dealing with this on their behalf was always happy to answer any questions we had, and always responded swiftly and courteously. It was a pleasure to have him to refer to.

I’ve used Robertsons Solicitors several times, for both purchasing and selling property. They are exceptionally professional and on the ball with any issues that may arise.
On my last sale the buyers solicitor was an absolute nightmare, Natalie was so patient. The sale should have only taken approximately 8 weeks, but took 8 months too complete. Natalie constantly chased the buyers solicitor, and did what was needed to complete the sale before the buyers mortgage offer expired.
