Machine is great turned up on day expected only problem was they use third parties for transport so you wait in all day as can’t give you am/pm delivery

The log splitter is an absolute monster! Splits anything you throw in its direction.

One small issue with the splitting table was quickly resolved by the friendly and helpful staff.

However nearly six months on the paint work has faded terribly and the bolts are rusting, I would expect better for a machine built for the outdoors in the UK.

Very easy company to deal with and fantastic machinery. I've used several bits of their kit, including a log splitter and auger and both are very well made and have stood the test of time.

Excellent machine that works above expectations. Excellent service.

Upon first use had a few Hydraulic leaks not sure if this was du to transit or the handles being free and by pulling on the handles can inadvertently turn the hydraulic fitting a better way to do this would be to have the handles on a solid frame not bolted direct to the Ram

Ordering process was OK but follow up communication was lacking even though the unit was delivered on time. I have yet to establish if it works or not.

I had a query and Allan at Rock phoned me with an answer. The machinery is excellent quality and with my little Kubota I was able to drill 10 holes in hard clay with ease.

Great lack of manuals and don't return calls when questions asked.
