I live in Canada. I was looking for Gabor shoes that I couldn't find here, so I came across the Rogerson shoes website. To make sure that I order the right size shoes, i contacted the customer service. Sarah, from this service, and Debra, a branch manager, were very helpful to me and went out of their way to ensure that I receive the right shoes for me. Customer service exceeded all expectations. Also, the prices of the shoes are very good and this store offers delivery to Canada and several other countries. I highly recommend Rogerson shoes.

I bought new leopard sandals in Callander yesterday which I love. When I checked their webb page when I got home under Reiker they were listed in their sale at £37 90 and I was charged
£58 in the Rogersons shoe shop—-a difference of £20. Is this allowed??

Good selection of shoes to my likening. Online purchase of pair of boots which i could not find elsewhere. Loved the hand written message from the shop placed inside the shoe box :0) Don't get much of that these days.

Lovely website to use, very clear and excellent colour reproduction, I paid a little extra for faster post and received them within 24 hours. the boots are wonderful.

Was looking for a specific make of slippers and found them on Rogersons website that I had never heard of before. Their next day delivery is very affordable. I will definitely order from them again.

I purchased a pair of shoes from Rogerson. It was very difficult to get them to ship me the shoes, as they kept having problems processing my credit card (a card that has worked in over 40 countries), but in their defense, it's because they have an overly complicated security system that is meant to protect the consumer. The more egregious part of the transaction was when I received the shoes themselves. The moment they were removed from the box, I wrote to the company informing them that there was a defect in the shoe. I'd purchased this exact same shoe elsewhere and wore it for YEARS with zero problems. This one had a defect on day one. I let them know that I still needed to wear the shoes as they were purchased for a specific purpose and I had no time to get replacements this late, but that prior to wearing them, a defect had been found. They refused to exchange the shoes because I wore them after discovering the defect. As I wore them, I discovered a second defect that only would have been detectable upon wearing them - the back of one of the shoes was not constructed properly and cuts into the heel in a way that hurts/breaks the skin even with socks on. The previous incarnation of these same shoes were wearable without socks and were the most comfortable shoes I'd ever owned (which is why I sought out the same shoes again!). Suffice it to say that I threw away my money, that the shoes are unwearable and that Rogerson has done nothing to alleviate the situation except offer up hollow condolences. What a let down, especially after having to jump through so many hoops to have my initial transaction go through.

What a selection! Phoned with a query about sizing, Lorna actually offered to go to the warehouse to try on 2 sizes to see if they came up small! Very impressed incredible customer service, will certainly be buying a pair and probably more in the future as they have such a great range of quality brands and styles.

Bought a couple of pairs online, unfortunarely 1 was to small, but not their fault. Roberson promptly changed it for me.
So having now had both online, and in-store experience, I can say they have excellent customer service, and good quality footwear. Håkon excelled with his friendly note.
You may find cheaper, but not for same quality. And even when most top brands go for bad and cheap production made in far East, just for profiting, they don't sell low quality stuff made in Asia.
Certainly will not hesitate buying from them again.

Very good traditional service with online order followed up on telephone to confirm delivery address. Shoes arrived in two working days which was a couple of days ahead of expected for a remote location. I would heartily recommend this company.
