Poor service

Ordered a rug and it was £25 for delivery, and not until next week. Chose to collect from an ikea locker.
Picked the day, collection between 2pm and midnight.
They have all morning to get the item to the locker.
3.20 and still no email, no pin to open locker and I now need to get to work. Customer service not interested.
Waste of time and effort. Should have shopped on Amazon with free delivery.
UPDATE - 17.45 and still no information from IKEA, useless.

Liars.

Liars.
A message to say my two parcels were arriving today.
Exactly the same time I received another message that said delivery attempted.
Liars.
Just say we are too busy to deliver. But they know there’s nothing we can do about it so they tell lies constantly.
Don’t bother with the dumb bot response, not interested.
Please Trustpilot, allow a zero or minus stars especially for Evri.

It’s Friday

It’s Friday. I know this because my Evri delivery has not turned up yet again. Don’t usually deliver weekends and definitely not Friday so that’s a four day week for this delivery company?
Do sellers realise that they are getting a third class service from this carrier? Does anyone care?
I would pay extra to be given a choice of carrier so I did not have to wait for this useless bunch to decide if or when they deliver.
John Lewis has just told me that Evri attempted delivery today and there was nowhere safe to leave the parcel. Outrageous lie. There is somewhere safe but they didn’t need it because I was here waiting. They did not attempt delivery. They lie to the supplier as well as the customer. Appalling.
UPDATE: please look at all my reviews of Evri. And then take note of the same AI reply I receive every single time. They do not care. They treat us all with contempt. Avoid at all costs.

Incompetent.

Incompetent.
There is no other word for them. Have had my parcel since Tuesday. On Wednesday I was told it was delayed. It’s now Friday. No information, no update no idea at all if or when my parcel will be delivered.
Useless Ezra says they are looking into it, excuse me for my lack of optimism.
The next thing will be Thick bot Claire telling me it will be delivered tomorrow. It won’t.
This review will receive the same generic response.
They have no respect for the companies that they let down and have a total contempt for the poor customer who has no choice but to sit and wait for them to be bothered to deliver.
I would pay extra for delivery from an alternative carrier.
UPDATE…..usual AI crap response to my review. They never ever call you back and the emails are also AI generated. Total waste of time and effort. AVOID!

NO customer support

After wasting over a hour on chat line Dunelm begrudgingly agreed to refund me for an item I never received. Five days later I have still not received over £100. I contacted customer service again through chat line to be told that yes they did agree to refund me but no they hadn’t. Fobbed off and deceived.
Is this a company you would trust ?
Apparently they are refunding me in two days. They will then have had my payment for two weeks for absolutely nothing. Despicable.
Dunelm, I am not shopping with you, calling you, or contacting you via chat line so do not bother with the generic response. Oh , and I have 3 case numbers that you have failed to follow up with so I definitely do not need another!

Avoid at all costs

Dunelm are refusing to refund me!
Apparently until DHL can be bothered talking to them I cannot get my money back? DHL are incapable of updating their tracking so no idea when they will manage a full conversation.
£102 for absolutely nothing except a waste of my time and effort.
UPDATE: after waiting on hold for 25 minutes I resorted to live chat. It took one and a half hours of my life to get them to authorise a refund. My money that I had to argue to get back. Absolutely ridiculous. Rude, inappropriate and manipulative behaviour.

Dunelm you have a problem with DHL

Dunelm you have a problem with DHL. Read your reviews!
I ordered 3 items, the first was dispatch with DHL. Second two with Evri. Evri have now delivered. Do DHL realise how bad they are when Evri can do better?
DHL due to deliver 13th, no show. Rescheduled to deliver 14th, no show. Message on the 15th, your parcel will be delivered 14th ? No clue at all.
Contacted Dunelm. No response. DHL have no update on their limited tracking. Absolutely useless the pair of them. Still no idea if or when my parcel could arrive.
Avoid at all costs.
UPDATE useless non specific don’t give a damn response. Live chat says it’s delayed! N S S! No update, still no direct response from Dunelm. Absolute waste of time

No show, no information

No show. Expected delivery 13th, no show and no information. Then told delivery 14th, no show.
Message on the morning of the 15th , your parcel will be delivered the 14th!
No response from the company the item was purchased from (Dunelm). No response from DHL.
Absolutely useless. Thought Evri was bad but at least you get useless Claire bot to spar with. DHL have no communication at all. Avoid at all costs.
16 October Update
Still no communication from DHL, tracking still says arriving on 14th.
At what point do they decide to look at the system that obviously isn’t functioning?

Incompetent liars

Last week I had a delivery due on Friday. Delivery attempted. No it wasn’t, Evri telling lies again. Took until Monday for it to be delivered.
Parcel due today. Yet again delivery attempted. Yet again total fabrication. No delivery attempted.
The message to inform me that I had missed my delivery actually came after the out for delivery message. They can’t even get that right!
To all companies that use Evri, please be aware that that they tell lies. Repeatedly. They are useless. Repeatedly. Please give the purchaser the option to use an alternative carrier. I would happily pay extra for to use an alternative company.
Evri will now give the stock reply (I don’t think they read any of this, they just hit a button) and Claire the useless bot will send her inaccurate and mostly inappropriate response.
UPDATE: yes exactly the same response that I always receive for my poor Evri reviews. The only thing they change is the name of the so called customer service team member. Look at all the other 1 star reviews on here. Exactly the same response to them all. It’s like they are sticking two fingers up to us all. AVOID EVRI IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

Speedy delivery

This is the second time I have ordered dog treats from this company. Free postage (only as I ordered over a certain amount) and delivered to Scotland the next day with Royal Mail. Fantastic service. Thank you.

It’s Friday!

It’s Friday!
I know this because my delivery hasn’t arrived. Despite being lied to that delivery was attempted. It wasn’t. It’s a bit too far to drive here on a Friday so Evri simply don’t bother. Absolutely no idea why companies still use this completely useless company.
I will now receive the same generic email they send every time. I think the idea is to pacify the customer, personally it infuriates me as all it proves is that they do not give a s****.
UPDATE….yep same reply on here as usual. Also I got my usual email from ‘Claire’ who has sent me the exact email approximately 8 times in the last few weeks. Evri’s attempt at artificial intelligence is sadly not very intelligent. Never knows exactly what time or day it is and has zero sense of humour. The latter is very much like myself when I find out Evri is the carrier for my delivery.

Non delivery yet again

Non delivery yet again. Last week Evri misplaced (their description not mine) my parcel, but not to worry they are still looking for it 5 days later. So when I ordered a new suit (husband has an important meeting on Monday) I was horrified when I saw that the delivery company was Evri. Delivery due today. Delivery slot came and went no delivery. Again. Not to worry (they keep telling me this) they will be in touch Monday. Too little too late. I inevitably worry now every time I see that Evri is the carrier of any of my online purchases.
Note to Trustpilot, could you please do a 0 stars or even minus stars especially for my Evri reviews.
UPDATE does anyone read or believe or care about the stock same reply that Evri gives to each complaint? They do not care, they cannot be bothered and they do absolutely nothing. Ooh and they tell the seller they have attempted delivery when they haven’t. Naughty!

Missing parcel yet again.

Missing parcel yet again.
On Monday my parcel was arriving, then it was delayed. They would let me know what was happening Tuesday. Nothing. They will look into it. Wednesday Evri managed to deliver a parcel. Unfortunately not the one from Monday. Still looking into it. Created an incident number…………..the next step can usually take up to a month. I’ve been here before. No consideration at all, no communication, useless. UPDATE after my review Claire emailed me. They would try to get my parcel out last night. If not, do not worry it would be sorted the next morning, if it wasn’t she would contact me by 10am………2pm still nothing. Evri, as usual are not very communicative. Poor parcel service, poor customer service

So disappointed

So disappointed. Usually John Lewis impress which is the only reason I have give 2 stars and not 1.
Evri have delivered (or have they?, no pictures to prove it) my parcel somewhere else. Definitely did not arrive at 22.25 on Friday night here. Contacted John Lewis. Nearly an hour later after finally being responded to, customer service had done nothing as the delivery department wasn’t answering the phone. Did I want to try? No! I requested that they contacted me. Nothing, no email, no phone call, nothing. Poor customer service.

Hi Lesley, sorry for any disappointment caused. Looking at your delivery tracking, it does indicate that delivery took place last Friday, however, as you say, there is no image to show the location the parcel was left at.
I can see this has been raised with our Carrier team to follow up on with Evri. One of my colleagues from the Carrier team will update you as soon as they can. ^Alan

Useless

Evri said the parcel was delivered on Friday evening at 22.25. It wasn’t. No photo to show where the supposed delivery took place. Every time I question where the parcel is I am asked to check I haven’t ‘located’ it before they look into the matter. Which means from reporting it on Saturday morning to Monday evening absolutely nothing has been done. Zero. Ziltch. Useless time wasting company.
UPDATE sorry but I have already been in touch with Sophie twice and nothing has been done. You always put the responsibility back to the customer when you already have the relevant information and are doing nothing with it. Waste of space!

Quick refund

Quick refund. My parcel disappeared ( thank you Evri, obviously a bad weekend as you lost two in one day, a new low) so I contacted John Lewis. Refund sorted promptly as the item is no longer in stock. My only sight issue is that they had not noticed it was missing! I had to do the leg work, however a positive outcome.

When AI takes over customer service you…

When AI takes over customer service you know how useless the response is going to be. It also demonstrates how little Zooplus actually cares about its customers.
I would like a human to find out why Zooplus says Evri has my parcel, and if Evri have got it then why can’t they be bothered delivering it.
Zooplus suggests I get in touch with Evri which we all know is impossible. Zooplus please do something.
UPDATE - As usual a stock response from Zooplus. The onus is constantly on the customer to chase you and evri. Lazy couldn’t care less attitude. Have voted with my purse and ordered from The Natural Pet Store, I encourage all dissatisfied Zooplus customers to do the same!
UPDATE- naughty Zooplus! Tried to get my review removed because of defamatory content. However because my review was truthful and accurate it is still here for you all to consider, thank you Trustpilot.

Fantastic customer support

I purchased a pair of boots last year but only recently started wearing them. They developed a slight fault and I left a review (love the brand and have never had issues before). I was contacted and asked to submit some pictures. I was then called and offered a solution.
Fantastic customer service, no fuss just sorted. Thank you.

Incompetent …

After looking for my property for three days they are now investigating why they can’t find it.
Madness. Still no parcel and they can’t even be bothered answering reviews in person, they leave the job to AI. I suppose with so many complaints it’s too time consuming for a human.
UPDATE yet again a useless and irrelevant AI review. And still Yodel have no idea how far removed from reality they are. Useless.
UPDATE fourth attempt and yet again the delivery driver has failed to find my house, would I like to chat with them again? No not really I’d rather stick pins in my eyes.Do they not have a map? Sat nav? Glasses?
The mystery of the lost house continues………….

Yodel can’t find my house

Yodel can’t find my house. It’s in the same place it has been for hundreds of years, and has definitely not moved since the last time they delivered here.
They started looking for it at lunch time Friday but quickly gave up, i mean it’s Friday afternoon right?
However it’s now Saturday evening and not a peep from them. Useless
UPDATE 31st March - I have waited in all afternoon for this parcel. No, apparently I need to chat to the useless bot again, my house is officially missing!
Never before have I wished my parcel was coming via Evri.
