Eventually 16A output power level was increased to 32A which will provide the maximum power to my plugin hybrid car. Smooth and efficient, that are the utmost qualities I have expected and delivered.

He was both focussing on process as well as the product and connectors. Second time it was mid night i.e today in Sydney at my home 23 Kawana Close Epping nSW 2121 Sydney M 61414725876. The mystery trouble was Rolec was charging my newer Nissan Leaf 2024 but was NOT charging the older Nissan 2019. He - Lucasz - went step-by-step and taught me and my wife the sequence on how to connect as we were doing it arbitrarily. Both cars are Nissans and the old-man-Rolec is working perfectly 100%. Our charging point had been disconnected for over 90% of June & July - reason why, unknown to me!
However, once I phoned their tech team, left my number and got a call back - Max (a hero) called me and talked me through some rebooting steps. We then got our electrician round to look into the issue whilst Max was on the phone.
Initial call to ROELC from Me: 11;28am
Phone call from Max: 11:47am
Electrician on-site: 11:57am
Charing point fixed: 01:01pm
The entire charging pod had been fixed, steps followed by our electrician with Max over the phone, troubleshooting was conducted and everything complete. All in the space of 1hr and 33 minutes.
Bearing in mind we use the apartment as an AirBnB - we had a guest check out at 11am and another guest due to check in at 3pm with an electric car! Now we can rest assured knowing our guest will be happy :)

Had an issue with my Rolec charger connecting to my energy supplier, Rolec services were quick to respond to my query and resolved my issue quickly. Lukasz was very helpful, professional and friendly.

Great support from an experienced and knowledgeable UK company. Did the full diagnostics and then arranged for the product to be swapped out. All with the minimum of fuss. I've worked with a number of EV charger manufacturers over the years, but the support we receive from Rolec is on another level, and a huge part of that is a special thanks to Becky, one of their Business Development Manager.
Rolec are incredibly lucky to have someone like Becky representing the business. If every company had a BDM like her, dealing with manufacturers would be an absolute pleasure. Nothing is ever too much trouble, she's a fountain of knowledge, and what Becky doesn't know about Rolec simply isn't worth knowing!
What really sets her apart is her willingness to go the extra mile. She's always available to help us get projects over the line and is more than happy to speak directly with the customers to explain the back-office and software side of the chargers, something I've never experienced with any other BDM. That level of support gives both us and the customers real confidence.
The Rolec products speak for themselves, but it's the people behind them, especially Becky and her team, that truly make the company stand out from the competition. Their professionalism, expertise and commitment to supporting installers day in, day out is second to none.

Fantastic Service
I maintain a site in Coventry where we have eight Rolec electric vehicle chargers. The few times we have issues with the units they have been either resolved there and them by remote support or an engineer has been onsite in never more than 12 hours. The Technical Support Team are extremely helpful, always polite and always take the time to ensure we are satisfied with the outcome. I highly recommend using Rolec equipment and their five star support functions.
