STAY AWAY, SITES A SCAM. Wouldn't let my mate withdraw his winnings ($900) without a bunch of BS conditions which aren't clearly outlined. (Having to wager your deposit by x3, Photo ID, Proof of Address, Proof of Payment) Also denied his request to receive just his deposit back ($500) rather then the winnings.

Additionally, when playing roulette we experienced multiple times where the full "winnings" amount were not deposited back into his online wallet.

Rollero Support Team has been terrible to say the least.

I played at Rollero Casino and accepted their welcome bonus, which included a 3-day expiry and a x40 wagering requirement. There was no clear mention of any max bet rule on the bonus page or during activation - I deposited $1,000 and knew I had to wager $40,000 within just 3 days - An extremely short and intense deadline that required hours of playing.

Against all odds, I actually managed to complete the full wagering within that time frame, through long sessions and consistent effort. After building my balance to over $30,000, I requested a withdrawal. Only then did they email me and say I had violated a “max bet” rule of $5 per spin - A rule I had never seen or been warned about. It was hidden deep in a Terms & Conditions document on their site, completely disconnected from the bonus offer or in-game experience.

Anyway the system allowed me to place larger bets freely. I received no alerts, no restrictions, no in-game notices this only became an issue after I had completed their requirements and won. Even their own support team admitted the rule “may not be obvious enough.” That says it all. If a rule is important enough to confiscate five figures, it must be clearly stated and actively enforced – not buried and triggered retroactively.

This was extremely disappointing and feels misleading at best. I played fairly, followed every visible rule, completed the wagering under pressure, and still had my entire winnings taken away. I’ve submitted multiple complaints directly to Rollero, but received no real help - Only a generic “check the terms, see section 2.2” response. No accountability, no interest in resolving the issue. This kind of attitude, combined with unclear rules and retroactive enforcement, makes it clear to me that Rollero is not a trustworthy casino.

I strongly encourage others to stay away from Rollero Casino - If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

My friend had his win of 19.000nok taken away because of some rule when using bonus when depositing. There was a max betsize of 50nok that no one told him about when using the bonus. And it does not say anywhere when using the. And now just because he won a big sum they took it all away from him and refuse to help him. They just offered him another deposit bonus on the site.(the balls on this site)

i won big on a deposit bonus, managed to meet the 25x requirment and went to cash out 2000 usd. then they refuse to pay it out because after i was told to bet for 2500 usd more to unlock the balance for withdraw. then i played some poker (wich i found it only counted 5%) so i changed to slots again. now they suddenly tell me that i betted for more than the max betsize and wont pay me. no one told me about this when i was in the chat with them talking about the bonus requirments. they told me about everything except this, wich was the most important part. when u use a depo bonus it does not tell you about this rule. you have to look trough the website with glasses. avoid this shitty site. they also use 7 days to look trough ur withdraw, even tho they sey 72hours

And yet another 24 hours... since I recieved a response from Rollero regarding my previous review, I was told to contact them via email... well I did and of course, I am still waiting to even hear back from Rollero. So does this Casino even mean what they say? Or is it all possibly just for show? I dont even know anymore I just wish this mess never even happened and I am regretting even registering at Rollero at this point! This is the longest withdrawal I have ever experienced and the largest winnings ever taken away from me. So unfair and unjust.

ich kann euch nur empfehlen nicht auch nur einen Cent in dieses Casino zu investieren!

Ich möchte direkt auch klar stellen, dass es nicht darum geht das man in einem Casino auch mal verliert, natürlicherweise ist dies keine Bank wo man einfach mal Geld abheben kann. Mal zu verlieren gehört zum „Glück“ dazu.

Ich spiele seit nun 2 1/2 Monaten auf Rollero1.com. Habe mehrere hundert Euro investiert und egal auf welchem Fach nichts gewonnen, es ist unmöglich irgendwie auch nur rentable freispiele oder Gewinne zu erhalten. Seit nun mehr als 10 Jahren spiele ich auf Online Casinos und weis das man auch mal sehrviel verlieren kann, jedoch gleicht sich dies aus mir den gewinnen die man währenddessen erzielt. Es ist auch klar, dass das Casino immer wieder gewinnt und man nie im Plus sein wird.

Die Bonies die man erhält sind auch so schlecht das man sich denkt, dass sie einen veräppeln wollen.

Zum Beispiel: Ich habe 20 Freispiele á 0.10€ erhalten, habe durch Glück, und Spielen wie ein verrückter auf den kleinsten Einsätzen es geschafft das Geld umzusetzen. War dann auf 134€ und wollte auszahlen. Auf Nachfrage im Chat wurde mir dann aber erzählt das man nur maximal 50€ auszahlen könnte und auch muss. Es ist egal ob man das Geld umgesetzt hat, Mann MUSS 50€ auszahlen.

Da ich sowie so schon abgeschlossen habe mit dem Casino, tat ich dies nun auch gestern.

Nicht verwunderlich, suchte ich die auszahl Methode wie ich eingezahlt hatte. ( Ich wurde spezifisch darauf hingewiesen, dass ich Gewinne mit der gleichen Einzahlungsmethode auch wieder auszahle!)

( Zur Info, ich bin jemand, der bevor er einzahlt erst mal dafür sorgt das der Account, wo ich drauf einzahlen werde, vollständig verifiziert ist, damit am Ende keine Probleme entstehen. Dies habe ich auch gemacht und mir wurde nach mehrmaliger Nachfrage meinerseits auch bestätigt, dass alles okey sei und ich bei einem gewinn auch hätte direkt auszahlen können. Was aber leider nicht so war, und ich somit von 3 Support agents angelogen wurde!)

So, nun war ich dabei mein Geld auszuzahlen, und suchte die Methode „Skrill-Auszahlung“. Diese konnte ich nicht finden, obwohl ich schon am Anfang mein Skrill Account verifiziert hatte! Auf Nachfrage im Chat wurde mir dann gesagt, dass ich diese nicht benutzen kann da ich mein SKRILL Account wieder bestätigen sollte. Nachdem ich dies gemacht habe wiederwillig, da ich ja schon am Anfang veräppelt wurde, sagte man mir dass ich diese Auszahlungs-Methode nicht nutzen kann. Man erklärte mir dann, ich habe ja mit Apple-Pay eingezahlt ( trotzdem mit der Skrill Karte die ich ja auch verifizieren musste nach der ersten Einzahlung). Nirgends stand etwas das man Apple-Pay nur nutzen kann, jedoch nicht mit der Karte die man benutzt hat auszahlen. Daaaraufhin wurde ich gebeten es mit dem Normalen Bankkonto abzuheben. Dies tat ich dann auch und wurde 20 Minuten nach der Auszahlung benachrichtigt, dass diese storniert wurde, da ich ja dieses Konto nicht verifiziert habe, jedoch wurde ich darauf hingewiesen dies zu machen.

Nun warte ich seit über 24 Stunden um mir lächerliche 50€ auszuzahlen, obwohl man sie gestern nach 20 Minuten stornieren konnte.

BITTE LASST DIE FINGER VON DIESEM CASINO!!!! MANN GEWINNT NICHTS UND FALLS DOCH DANN WIRD DIE AUSZAHLUNG DIE HÖLLE AUF ERDEN WERDEN.

Es gibt soviele andere und gute Casinos, nur spielt nicht hier !!!! Es ist ja schon schwierig überhaupt etwas über dieses Casinos zu erfahren.

EDIT: Ausgezahlt habe ich am 04.03.2025 um 15:02, jetzt sind über 48 Std. vergangen und es ist immernoch in Arbeit. Lächerlich, Leute zahlt da nicht ein!! Es gibt schon solche Probleme bei nur 50€ um sie auszuzahlen, nun stellt euch vor ihr habt mehrere hundert oder tausend Euro. Der Chat ist auch das lächerlichste was ich je erlebt habe, einmal erzählt mir jemand was von 24std., dann krieg ich eine email wo mir erzählt wird bis zu 48std. und dann jemand der mir sagt das es bis zu 72std. dauern würden. NIE WIEDER WERDE ICH AUCH NUR EINEN EURO IN DIESES CASINO STECKEN.

Zur Info, ich denke die meisten positiven Bewertungen hier sind nicht echt, scheinen gekaufte oder Fake Bewertungen zu sein!
