I had an excellent experience renting my property from the initial viewing right through to moving in. Holly was outstanding throughout the entire process. She was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful at every stage, always keeping me informed and making everything as straightforward and stress-free as possible. Even after I had moved in, Holly continued to provide support and was quick to help with any questions I had. Her customer service has been exceptional, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both Holly and the Romans team in Caversham to anyone looking to rent a property. It’s a month long journey of our series of communications with multiple queries, long emails and discussion points. Special note to mention about arranging 2 separate viewings on our request , one when tenants stuff was still lying in property and once when tenant left property for us to get idea of space .. which was a major deciding factor for us.
You have been very patient in listening and understanding our concerns, point of views and tried your level best to get few of them sorted with the help of owner ( example : access to attic for keeping our check in bags n getting approval for removing of dining table due to space issue )
Even during Shifting week. A week later she followed up with us to check if we are comfortably and need any assistance. That is in true sense true professionalism to ensure the providing the help n support until the tenant is comfortable in property.

Despite my house sale taking a ridiculous 13 months from start to finish (thank you, co-freeholder's truly awful solicitors - both firms), I was fortunate in one respect - Ciaran was my estate agent. I was impressed with everyone I had contact with at Romans, but Ciaran genuinely felt like a friend, working as hard as he could to keep things on the rails. How he kept the buyer onboard I don't know. Through the interminable delays, set-backs, moments of despair, and finally completion on 31st March - with only hours to spare before the stamp duty increase - it was great to know that there was actually somebody on my side in the midst of it all. Ciaran, thank you! I hope neither of us have to go through that again!

Everything was smooth from viewing of the house ..to the application and finally signing the agreement...special thanks to Ayse for amazing customer service and ensuring all was okay...
