Romans - Staines レビュー 

Visited the Roman staines branch 1st July 2026 around 1pm (please note: staff member at the till, South Asian, slim build) and was disappointed by the service. I asked her whether a trouser style from the website was in stock, showing her a photo. She didn't look at the photo, gave a quick "no," and when I asked where I might find it, she kept looking at her screen without engaging further. I had to suggest "online?" myself, to which she gave a vague "maybe" without making eye contact.
As someone from a similar background myself, this made the lack of basic courtesy feel even more disappointing, I'd expect better regardless of who's behind the till, but especially wasn't expecting to feel brushed off this way.

I'd expect more attentiveness and willingness to help with a simple stock query.

Jessica Phillips is a brilliant property manager, she has been managing my property for quite a while now and always shows a high degree of competence, courtesy and efficiency. I highly recommend her, Romans have done themselves a lot of good having her as part of their staff.

We received an amazing service from Yas, Jon and Ammar who dealt with our property purchase. They were very professional,ready to help and were able to update us with what was going on with the other side. As first time buyers, property buying can be a very daunting process. At the latter part of the process,Ammar too over the purchasing. He was always available to help, he explained the process, which questions we needed to ask our solicitors and explained all jargons used.They went above and beyond to make sure our purchase was completed in time. I want to acknowledge the service we receive from Jess in managing our property.
Super responsive, attentive and with great knowledge of her job and the management side of property lettings. She is very clear on the expectations and obligations from both landlords and tenants, resolving any issues to satisfaction and in a very timely manner.
