If I could leave 0 stars I would . The continous lies from this agency is appalling. They are money hungry and VERY unprofessional. Rude attitude from Zara continously from the start to the end of my tenancy . I couldn’t ever have a conversation over the phone or in person without her disgusting attitude. They’ll promise you a property and give it to someone else and when you check out they will take the stupidest photos of dust ,to ask you to pay MORE money as it’s not “clean enough”. Save yourself the hassle and don’t even bother with them .

Zara I suggest you learn how to talk nicely with your clients and not shout or give attitude .

Romans have been looking after our properties for many years.
Our current property manager is Georgia Peters.
She is responsive to our tenants issues as well as keeping as us as landlords up to date.
She is easy to deal with and always sees issues through to their conclusion which benefits us and keeps our tenants happy!

I would like to say that Georgia Peters at Romans Uxbridge has been very helpful in managing my rental property.
She deals with problems and maintenance issues promptly and efficiently. She is always polite and pleasant to speak to, making it a relaxing experience.

Romans have been managing my Uxbridge Buy to Let property for many years.

The property managers have varied in performance over that time and I find the call centre approach to Property a bit irksome.

Recently, Georgia Peters has been excellent, keeping us informed and dealing with various issues at the property.

I recommend this company for their sterling professional work in the lettings business.

Worst letting team to work with. Specially the one called Simron Johal. They were nice on the phone and never follow what they say on the phone.

I recently bought my first property, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. I would highly recommend Romans to anyone looking to purchase a property. A big thank you to Rachael, Aarun, and Kelsee for their excellent service and support throughout the entire process. They made everything easy and stress-free, and I couldn’t be more grateful. Highly recommend!

From start to end everything was really good. Rachel, Arun, Kelsee and Luthfur Rahman were all very kind, helpful, professional. All made sure that I was aware at each step how things were progressing during the purchase.

The only 1 recommendation that I have is the hamper box which is given when you collect the key, maybe be worth looking/asking the customer they may not like, or maybe for religious reasons to have alcohol based or gelatine based products.

Roman letting agent in Uxbridge took tenant’s rent but didn’t pay to the landlord.
How can that be happened.
I need to pay mortgage, I am so stressed.

I met with Rachael from Romans Uxbridge to view a property in West Drayton.
She was prompt, professional, knowledgeable about the property, local area, and general housing market.
I've dealt with Romans before and found them thorough, kind, and supportive.
Although I didn't proceed with the purchase, the service I received was gentle and informative.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Arrived on time and with all the information I needed.

Having had a few property managers in recent months, it was great to know that my new manager Skye Jones was on top of all the changes that had been going on.

Skye has kept me upto date and informed at every stage of the transition between new tenants, which has reduced my stress and anxiety during the whole process.

This branch is absolutely useless. I went in with my SO and told them all the details they needed such as bedrooms, date my current tenancy ended, when I needed to move out etc.
They then showed us a property and told us it was available from the 11th of august (First lie they told) where we emailed saying that we will pay the holding deposit with the intention of moving in on the 28th of August.
After a stupid amount of reference checks which with most the lettingshub said they didn’t need and that I should send it to the agency, who in turn forgot they requested it.
We finally got our contract which said the 13th of September…
After calls with the Sal (head office person who was amazing) we found out that the property was actually available from the 13th of September.
Since our tenancy finished before the 13th we were livid.
The manager of the branch is useless.
The amount of times Sal had to apologise on their behalf is insane.
After a bit of back and forth we moved in on the 4th of September to a flat that was absolutely destroyed, a mess and contained mould!
The agency told the landlord it was spotless and told me there looked to be no serious problems!
Overall don’t deal with this branch.

Brilliant service as always from the Romans Uxbridge team! As a landlord I’ve dealt with Zara for many years and she is exceptionally competent, professional and highly knowledgeable. More recently I’ve had contact with Arun, again receiving great service and support. It’s always a pleasure to do business with these guys, thank you!

I am with another estate agent but this company Romans send me regular letters about my property sale now that it is on the market. They clearly scan the market. The latest letter says:

Dear Homeowner

Subject 1344

Quick Question. Now that you have been on the market for 1344 hours with no buyer, are you feeling disheartened?

Answer: if the answer is yes, then we need to talk

If you think you are a clever estate agent then think again because peeing a potential customer off is not very clever
