Romans - Wokingham レビュー 

We moved into Bucklers Park, the house was not completed before we moved in, walls were not painted correctly, scratches, no shed, cracked sink, plumbing not working, doors didn't close, didn't even have front door keys as the agents couldn't find them, had to use the patio doors. Was told by agent Paige that house was not inspected prior to us moving after i questioned all the faults. The bank garden had hazards area and i slipped and hurt my leg badly, the lack of draining made the area muddy and slippery. Romans refused to fix this area. The door frames are cracking, paint peeling off as there was no primer used on the wall's. When we moved out we touched up areas as per the paint Scarlett said we should use. Now they wanting £100 redecorating fee as the paint has not blended. Yet Romans could never fix any of the faults that were reported, kept saying sorry the landlords wont do this, then passes on the builders. They never want to help with anything, but they happy to take your money and then want to find fault with everything when you move out, now they wont even negotiate they just keep to deductions that we have left. Unprofessional service.

We were treated with courtesy by John who showed us the property. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient. Alexandra corresponded with us in a helpful, consistent and timely manner. Any questions I asked were answered promptly and I felt looked after by both of them. The only downside was using Goodlord to sort our tenancy, which I found difficult to navigate. We found that we had to provide information twice as it switched over to app so a bit confusing and time consuming.

I had a very disappointing experience with this estate agency. Communication was consistently poor, and despite discussing my preferences in detail, the properties shown to me were not suitable at all. I felt my needs were ignored, and there were frequent delays in responding to my inquiries. When I raised concerns, they were not properly addressed. Overall, it was a frustrating and unprofessional experience. I would not recommend this agency to anyone looking for reliable service.

I was dealing with Jonathan Randall in Wokingham branch. He was very supportive and exceeded my expectation with his Excellent customer service. He responds to my Emails and phone calls promptly. Also he gave me extra guidance that helped me alot in my home moving process. In addition the staff team with him are very polite and professional.

Alexandra Duncan showed couple of properties. During the viewings she was very precise and clear about everything. After I gave an offer she was very helpful during the whole process of getting approved for tenancy. She was very supportive and helpful. I wish her all the best of luck and all the success in her life

Our move manager, Catherine McNicholas has truly been incredible. We have been able to contact her with anything we've needed help with and she has always responded so quickly with all the information we need. The inevitable complications throughout the process have been made so much easier, simply by Catherine explaining them in such a way that we could properly understand and deal with the issue at hand. We couldn't have done it without her!

I would 100% purchase / sell through Romans in the future.

My partner and I recently got a flat in Wokingham and it was clearly stated by one of the agents that the apartment had two spaces, one for the apartment and one assigned guest spot. Not quite sure where they got that idea from, considering there’s only two, three at most, guest parking spots for EVERYONE (baring in mind there’s about 15 apartments) and there are obviously those that camp out the spots and keep them for themselves without movement. I have a small car myself and so the fact I’m having trouble finding a spot in there is ridiculous. It’s ridiculous we were falsely advertised this apartment, also. And one more thing to mention, is my partner clearly stated he would be getting the keys over a call to the Wokingham office, and yet they closed fifteen minutes early without letting us know, and so this half an hour journey over was a waste of time, fuel, and excitement for the new apartment. Thanks for nothing, Romans!

My viewing was booked promptly (same day)
and I was amazed that I had such a choice
of properties which I could choose from.
I am settled and enjoying my new home knowing that any problems or issues, big or small will be dealt with promptly by our dedicated building manager Scarlet.

Rented a new home, although ready to move into, there were no services available, broadband, bin collection etc. Appreciate it is a new build but given the fact I was pushed into completing as the Landlord would not wait, I feel absolutely disgusted with Romans behaviour, hopefully will never use them again. People who rent from them BE CAREFUL!

Everyone I've spoken to at Romans has been so helpful and patient. Catherine is an absolute star - answering all of my daft questions and reassuring me when I was waiting to hear about exchange dates.
