I ordered a single Thule roof bar and paid extra for next day delivery to my office address which is open from 7.00am - 7.00pm. I got an email saying it had been delivered but it hadn't, then I got an email saying it was out for re-delivery still didn't arrive. I ended up going to Halfords to buy one as I needed it for a camping weekend. It finally arrived totally battered several days late. Roof Box company arranged to collect before they would refund. They gave me a date to collect except they went to my home address and not the office address. They finally collected some 11 days ago and I still haven't received a refund despite assurances that it would be sorted in 2-3 days. I have phoned again today and their excuse was there is a backlog in refunds, which is not surprising based on the service. I still await to see if my refund will appear. Steer clear of this company, customer service and the courier service is very, very poor.

Have used the roof box company for over 20yrs, from originally hiring a box and bars to buying one (they refunded my hire charges) and subsequently replacing roof bars with each new car purchased. Rapid despatch and amazing customer support. Can't recommend highly enough.

I’ve used this company twice now and they are excellent to deal with. I had to use customer service the first time, they were very quick to respond and very helpful. Quick delivery too.

100% Credit to Steve who went the extra mile for me today. I needed some Thule U bolts as quickly as possible. He did everything in his power to make sure I received them the following day (Saturday) He even took the parcel to the DPD depot so it would catch the next shipment out.
If you are reading this review. I would if at all possible give more than 5 stars.
I would not hesitate to use Roof Box UK Bristol again. Steve was pleasant and extremely helpful. 10 out 10

Outstanding customer service. How many companies actually put "Need Help? Contact us!" on the front page of their websites these days - almost none. Most hide the link and make it almost impossible to actually speak to someone. I contacted them today, was able to get through straight away and the person I spoke to was polite, helpful and knowledgeable (thanks Hattie!).
This is the second set of roof bars I've bought from this company and have been really happy with the service both times - highly recommended.

Purchased a few items from the roofbox co. over the years. Most recently two new bike carriers and accessories. Extremely impressed with next day delivery, overall good price and well packaged. Couldn’t ask for more so credit where it’s due.

Recently purchased my new roof bars from roofbox company. I did have one issue not their fault was a manufacture fault with part of my order a couple of pieces missing. But with one phone call one email I literally had new parts out to me within two days. I highly recommend this company as you can speak to them as well as email overall experience was great even with a problem they made it so easy. It was not a problem at all for them. Great service. Highly recommend. And great prices too.

Over the last 5-6 years, I've bought quite a few things from The Roof Box Company - several sets of roof rails, a roof box of course, and a couple of bike carriers. The cost is always competitive, the products are fantastic value for money and the delivery is usually faster than the initial expectation. Couldn't recommend highly enough!

I foolishly left it to the last minute before ordering my new Yakima Black rack from the Roof Box Company. I ordered it on Wednesday afternoon and needed it on Friday. My expectations were modest but it duly arrived at lunchtime on Friday. It was easy to fit and does the job perfectly. This is the fourth time I've used the Roof Box Co and they've never been less than brilliant. Highly recommended.

Really impressive service and speedy comms throughout so I thoroughly recommend the Roof Box Company.

Out of their control there was a slight issue with our delivery but they were brilliant in providing regular updates from the courier and reassuring us that the delivery will be completed ahead of our upcoming holiday.

You can always tell a lot about a website/company when things don’t quite go to plan and how they react. Laura resolved it perfectly and so they’ve won a long term customer due to the way they looked after and solved our issue.

Great customer service.

I hired snow chains for a one-off drive to ski in the French Alps. It was so much better value than buying chains as I have a 4x4 with large tyres: £80 instead of £400+.
Great service: clear instructions, and straightforward returns process.
Would recommend, and will use again.

I have changed my car, and I asked the question of whether my existing roof rails and bike carrier would fit on my new car. Polly was able to give good advice of what can be used from my existing kit, and what needs to be purchased to be able to utilise it on my new car.

I am very happy, albeit need to purchase some parts, that the bikes can be transported on the roof of the new car.

Hi, having bought several products of the company of the last couple of years, again the roof-bars (Cruz Aero Fuse) for my wife's Mercedes EQA were great value for money, i highly recommend. I had a follow up call from customer services, following a slight issue with the DX delivery service which was resolved, but the call was appreciated. Can't recommend the company and the roof-bars enough 5Star for both!

The pricing was very competitive, my order was submitted on Sunday, i purchased the express delivery and it arrived as expected. Brilliant service, Great Website to use and navigate around.
