The Roof Box Company レビュー

Fantastic customer service from Ben. I purchased a roof box and rails for a road trip to the south of France. Unfortunately I had a problem with the roof box locks but as soon as I contacted the company Ben got in touch and sorted the issue out. From start to finish he kept me
Informed and every time line was kept to. I could not have wished for better service. Thank you Ben and thank you to the team who sorted the issue out. Very much appreciated.

Great service with the items being dispatched promptly. The real measure of a company though is how they deal with problems. The delivery company misplaced my roof box but Laura at the Roof Box Company was outstanding in dealing with it. Her work in getting it sorted quickly and ensuring everything was resolved was first class. Not only are their products good value for money and well made you get the best customer service I have ever received as well.

Fantastic company I broke the plastic round the light board on my Cruz bike carrier. I emailed in some pictures next day I got a email telling me what I needed and how to order following day everything was delivered second time using this company I had to replace a key and barrel. not so easy to find on Web site but a email to tha company works a treat.

Having bought roof bars through Th Roof Box Company I needed to get a spare end piece for Cruz bars as I stood on one piece and damaged it. I contacted Kerry via email who responded in 5 minutes giving me the order number etc and did I need left or right side? I placed an order and paid for premium delivery. 20 hours after initial contact the required end piece plus spare arrived and is on the bars. This is outstanding service. Thank you. I will not hesitate to recommend this company to anyone in the future.

Excellent service, knowledgeable, helpful and friendly staff. Would highly recommend

Just wanted to offer a big shout out to the team: both Hattie who assisted locating the right parts and Andrew who amended a part of the order I had issues with. This is the second time I use TRBC and I've been sully satisfied and will use again / recommend. Thanks guys!

I just wanted to pass on my thanks and appreciation to you and the team.

My original purchase started to look like it had a manufacturing problem at about 10months and you dealt with the issue very professionally and the product was replaced. And when the replacement looked like it had the same issue straight out of the box, you helped by providing a chance to choose a different model under your 90day replacement.

At times, communication needed a little prompting, but I am grateful for the good customer service you have provided and I have recommended your company a number of times to the bike clubs and people I meet.

Excellent service …

2nd time buyer, needed another set of roof bars for my other car by the end of the week, got them the next day!

We somehow misplaced the key needed to tighten roof bars to our car. Came across this company who had spares by code. Ordered and key was delivered less than 24hrs later. Works perfectly. Many thanks

Cant fault the service is bought Cruz roofbars for my new car easy enough to fit but now when I drive its like you're hearing someone playing the flute

Tried to cancel an order approximately 2 hours after ordering. Confirmed goods had not been collected by contacting their couriers but still they just claimed they had shipped.

Absolutely poor customer service and now I am left to refuse delivery and await refund that way.

If further issues encountered, I will place it in the hands of my credit company for section 75 charge back providing time stamped emails and photos of couriers collection times for them to deal with!

Avoid at all costs

Awful service, steer clear! Not worth the hassle.

Bought a Buzzrack 2 bike carrier for a holiday at Center parcs, delivered on time and husband found it quite easy to put together. We realised the adapter we'd ordered was missing, so emailed. Before I'd noticed a reply we received the missing item in the post. They had realised they had not included it in the parcel, but sent it by express post. Brilliant service.

I bought a Atera Strada tow bar cycle rack over 10 years ago. I have been absolutely delighted with item and it has been well used. Unfortunately I lost small, but key bolt. Polly at Roof Box was very helpful and patient identifying the parts needed and they were in the post next day. Excellent service and the help very much appreciated

Where do I start! I rang the Roof Box Company just before they were closing for the day and explained I wanted a 2 x bike carrier for my Ford Kuga .
I was giving an excellent explanation by Rob about different options available and visited the following day .
The premises have lots of equipment laid out so you can and get a feel for the products available.
I chose a 2 bar 2 bike holder and the staff fitted the product within an hour .
Fantastic service , unbelievable product and came with a demonstration.
I would not hesitate using the company again and 100% would recommend you visit.
They even had mock up roof tents which has also got me thinking 🤔!

I ordered a roof rack and a roof box, both delivered very quickly. There was a small damaged park to the roof rack (a rubber stopper on the end of the bar had broken) I contacted Kerry via the customer service email, and a replacement part was sent out the next day. Amazing customer service. I would recommend them to anyone.

The fulfilled my order and next day delivery and helped me out of a hole. i originally order from Halfords and they lost / messed up my order and left me to close to my departure date for a road trip so i chose these guys and ordered, received and fitted my roof bars before the other company could tell me what's happening and let me down again. i will use these guys again next year when i come to buy my own roof box. hopefully they will be just as good

The go to company. Brought various things over the fears and the service is what brings me back. Fast delivery. Easy returns (only needed it once) and knowledge of their products is first class. Nothing is too much trouble.

Many thanks for the Buzz Rack which arrived a day earlier than expected. I just want to let you know how pleased I am with the purchase. The rack is extremely well made and the attention to detail with the assembly and installation instructions was great.
Your member of staff who dealt with me on the phone (I think it was Lily) was very helpful.
