Roofglaze レビュー

The 'Sky Pod' is well made and well finished.

Great light great service , just annoyed that Scotland is not in main Land Britain , when it comes to deliveries ...Cost an Extra £200.00 to be delivered to Edinburgh .......REALLY

Shocking customer service, delivery of our lantern window 3 days late then it was left outside our building project after the builders had left on a Friday afternoon unsigned for. Irresponsible & I would never use this company again.

Checked out several suppliers ...Roofglaze was the keenest price and the specifications of the product looked to be acceptable, so purchased and fitted the product. Very, very satisfied with it, and it “does what it says on the tin”
Would highly recommend Roofglaze and their products.

Disappointed with the customer service given on damaged and in undilivered, components
Also when we purchased our lanterns the web site said they where in stock, with delivery within 7 days.
3 weeks later we were still waiting for delivery.
Take note the kits come from different manufacturers, and will arrive e on different days.
You will be notified after you have completed your purchase, and you have to be there to help unload, or the won't leave the goods.
This information should be given prior to purchase completion, not after.

Great service and excellent product. Looks amazing!

As a loft conversion specialist I needed a roof some and they were Very quick and reasonable, pleasure to do business, hope my dealings are as good the next time I use them.

Very happy with the product, easy to assemble & fit, looks the business, customer very impressed

Excellent service delivery on time and when it was required

Brilliant company brilliant product will use them every time in the future cheers

It was going well. The lantern was due for delivery 16/07 but I was informed it would be a day late. This posed no problem and was delivered well protected and on the revised day. Issue has been with the glass that is supplied by a separate contractor. Was due 13/07, then 16/07, then 17/07. Was e.mailed by Abby at Roofglaze to inform me that it is now due 23/ 24 July. Biggest down is that this install could have been completed this week but will now have to wait until glass is delivered. Abby has been helpful but its just a little disappointing to have wasted two days waiting for a delivery that didn't arrive.

Excellent price and easy to put together would recommend

All good, did what it said on the tin.
