Rook, Mathews arranged viewings for the people most suitable to purchase our home David, when everything was falling apart…. Came up with a brilliant plan to save our sale.He goes above and beyond what is expected ( and he’s a great guy!)

I sold my parents home with Rook Matthews Sayer branch in Hexham. They were professional from start to finish, no extra or hidden costs. James and Leah were so helpful and supportive, keeping me up to date throughout. Couldn’t ask for better. Highly recommend.

After buying our house through RMS Whitley Bay a few years ago, and receiving such good service from them, when it came to move we decided to sell through them as well and we couldn’t’ve been happier.
Alison was on the ball from start to finish. Her warm and friendly nature coupled with outstanding professionalism, excellent photography skills and extensive local market knowledge meant we ended up receiving a very agreeable price for our sale. Alison and her team at the Whitley Bay branch navigated us expertly through the process from start to finish, including the inevitable speed bumps that always arise during a house sale.

Very poor communication, don’t think you get the truth from them either. Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone at all.

From start to finish nothing was a problem. Despite having one house surveyed and deciding not to purchase it, to finding a second house and completing, it was help all the way.
Nothing was too much, even when I wanted to know what was under the carpet on the shower plinth, they found out. Thanks for the support.

Alistair was so helpful with our mortgage process. House had to be sold after bereavement contacted RMS Fenham branch. Tracy,Dylan and the team from the valuation to the sale kept in touch and handled it so well always so friendly and yet professional.
