As a VIP member at several online casinos, I can confidently say that Rooley Casino has been the worst by far. Despite depositing significant amounts, I’ve not managed to make one withdrawal. The only substantial win I had came from a bonus, but due to their restrictive bonus terms and conditions, they stripped my winnings by a substancial amount.
To make matters worse, the casino then made the withdrawal process a nightmare by demanding proof of deposits from old cards which I had to replace due to some security issues I believed was caused from this casino. It felt like a deliberate tactic to avoid paying out. Their terms and conditions are convoluted and seem designed to protect them at the expense of players. READ THE T&As carefully.
Overall, I’d strongly advise anyone to steer clear of Rooli Casino. It’s not worth the hassle or the risk. Save your money and look elsewhere.

i will update my review accordingly if matters change... but as far as right now im very disappointed with my experience at rooli for a few reasons..
1.made my deposit and won so I tried cashing out and from what I can see most people seem to have fast payouts or so they say but when I went to proceed with my cash out its been nothing but a hassle and really starting to think they have just ripped me off... and I'm not new to the online casino game that's for sure so I can garentee all my ducks were in a row but they just haven't sent me my withdrawl... their excuse is they had problems with the withdrawl so they had to go ahead and do it manually so I gave them all my information again and yo try and get a response from them other than you just have to be patient and wat h your emails... but its been a week now and they even disabled my account until this manual withdrawl is dealt with... I don't even know what that means I ask them for a time frame roughly and they reply it's just going to tske time.. so until they come through on their end of the deal I would definitely recommend finding a different casino to spend your money at...

I've looked into your account thoroughly and can see the reason your cashout was rolled back and then secondary one rejected is because your account is blocked with the withdrawal provider.
As a result, to avoid your second withdrawal experiencing the same delayed rollback, we manually paid you out via an alternate withdrawal provider - which I see was done a few days after your initial request.
The manual suspension of account while processing manual payout I can understand is inconvenient, but part of the standard process and the account has since been reinstated upon completion of the manual payout.
I hope this provides some clarity on the matter and resolves any concerns you may have had.

Ich habe bei Rooli Casino 3.200 € gewonnen. Die Auszahlung wurde zunächst verzögert, weil im System noch meine alte Kontonummer gespeichert war. Nachdem ich den Support kontaktiert und meine neuen Bankdaten manuell eingegeben habe, wurde der Betrag vollständig ausgezahlt.
Der Kundenservice war freundlich und hat mir gut weitergeholfen.
Tipp an andere Spieler: Kontodaten regelmäßig prüfen und bei Problemen den Support direkt anschreiben.

So I i used another account to deposit money and I won $50000. My account was disabled due to the terms and conditions that said using a third party is prohibited. So now they've taken my winnings away and will now only refund the 150 that I deposited using my sisters card 😭😭😭💀

Put 70 dollars through it, bets were between 40c- $1.00. Never got any feature whatsoever and the biggest which was i think was not even $1.50. Very disappointing to say the least.

Eigentlich fand ich Rooli im Vergleich…
Eigentlich fand ich Rooli im Vergleich zu vielen anderen Casinos ziemlich gut das hat sich allerdings Schlagartig geändert nach einer Auszahlung von 2000€ (das Geld kam innerhalb eines Tages an was sehr Positiv ist) nach dieser Auszahlung habe ich seit Monaten nix mehr Gewonnen es stockt jedes mal im 300€ bereich als ob es eine Grenze für mein Account wäre dann geht es nur noch rauf und runter im 300€ Bereich Freispiele bekommen auf 1€ stellt sich mittlerweile schon als Herausforderung dar irgendwann hatte ich dann die Schnauze voll und wollte mein Konto Deaktivieren und das Casino wechseln darauf hin wurde mir ein 300€ Bonus angeboten und dann die Aussage vom Chat ( damit werden sie sicher viel Spaß haben :) ) und ja was soll ich sagen auf einmal bekomme ich bei allen Stamm Spielen die ein nur Abgezockt haben Monat für Monat nach paar Drehungen auf 5€! Freispiele und Gewinne im 1000€ bereich ich war in Kürzester Zeit bei 3-4000€ ....das hat mich richtig Sauer gemacht als das ich mich darüber hätte freuen können weil man eh nur 300€ Auszahlen durfte das hat mein Verdacht der Manipulation eigentlich nur noch mehr bestätigt..als man dann wieder mit eigenen Geld spielte ...ging das Spiel wieder von vorne los man wird nur noch Ausgepresst nach einem Größeren Gewinn.
2 Sterne gibt es nur für die Schnelle Auszahlung und das Erhalt des Geldes.
Außerdem sind hier einige 5 Sterne Bewertungen Fake und teils bemüht man sich nicht einmal diese zu Verstecken die sind einfach komplett identisch nur anderer Name und Datum ...ein Casino das Seriös Arbeitet braucht keine Fake Bewertungen außer an den Schlechten Bewertungen ist was wahres dran!

At first was a great site I thought! Easy to use and plenty of deposit methods, quick withdrawals. I have refered many people now and this last experience of trying to get credited the promised referral bonus has been a total letdown to how it's being handled in having the issue fixed. Told I needed the email of the person who used my link, which I'm not sure why that would be as they would have the email of the person who clicked & signed up under my link anywho gave them that anyway to try get it sorted only to be told now over and over that a manager is yet to look into it and I just have to wait and can't tell me how long that may take to happen... Safe to say I'll be un-refering all those close family & friends I've sent to the site as I led them to this site with the words that it was prompt, efficient, safe to play on & pretty fair. Been with roolie quite a while ,using their referral link bonus you get someone to join with your link deposit min and you yourself get $60 to wager .been waiting since yesterday still no outcome first it was to provide the new members email which is registered with your link bit unnecessary now been told the manager still hasn't gotten to look and I have to wait not a great start to their launch others seem to be doing fine nothing in the t&c should be pretty straight forward
