Bad quality and very expensive returns. Don't buy from here.

Just booked 5 nights at the Four Seasons NYC and the amount of miles will give me a business class ticket next time? Wow

I was hesitant to order because linen can look so different in person, but the orange set is exactly the shade in the photos. I constanty get asked about it as it's hard to find non-boring colors in linen. The fabric feels really light and soft so I'll be ordering more colors as I wear them so often. You can tell this isnt mass-produced fast fashion.

I received the wrong order and I’ve emailed Rove repeatedly, only to get an automated message. There’s no way to contact them by phone, and the incorrect item has no order number on it. I am SO frustrated!

I ordered a shirt for $150. First, the said it was backordered. Then after several emails over two months they said it had been delivered two months ago! Obviously I never received it. I’m hoping they can make it right.

Highly recommend! The fabrics are beautiful and I absolutely wearing love my pieces.

Love my Rove pieces! Flattering, beautiful, comfortable fabric, and I love that they use natural fibres. The kinds of classic pieces you can keep forever and come back to over and over again. Great customer service too :)

My order went thru seamlessly. I ordered a few pieces for my wife and the quality is great and she loved them. And the returns process for the one she didn't keep was very easy thanks to the returns label.

I ordered a dress and it was amazing, such great quality, I get so many compliments. Got my order so quick. 10/10 experience! Can't wait to buy more ! <3

I got catfished by a dress. It looked nothing, absolutely nothing like the picture on the website. My friends laughed so hard. 😅 It felt and looked like a Shein order.

I love Rove, beautiful quality and design, great fabrics and just right for comfortable lifestyle. And all designed here in Byron Bay. 10/10 from me.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! It’s a complete scam. The make up reason not to give you your money back when you return an item. The quality is very poor and when you place a return you won’t receive your money back so you end up without the item you paid for and your money. SO disappointing places like this exist.

To be clear the dress is not stained, there is a deodorant mark on the dress from trying it on for less than 5 minutes. Again this place is a scam. Make sure you shower before trying on their clothing or else you won’t get a refund because a deodorant mark is considered a stain. 😂

Working with ROVE was a TOP NOTCH experience! The clothing is not just beautiful, elegant, and classy; it is also very unique! I purchased the SUNCHASER dress in light blue and it’s absolutely perfect!! I am 5’9”, 175# & 36C. The XL fits like a dream. For reference, I usually order a medium or large in most other brands. I followed the size chart and it was true to size.

Customer service was really impeccable, wish all online stores were like that! I was unsure about the sizing but almost all fit like a glove. I sent one dress back with a return label i got from their website and my refund came through really fast.

I love this brand!! I have ordered a few items now and have always had a great experience. My last dress was pre-ordered as it was out of stock, but they kept me updated and arrived perfectly.

I keep coming back for more colors because I wear them all the time and they just feel so nice. Never had issues with refunds or email replies.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. I submitted a return and have not received my refund and this company has ghosted me - it has been weeks and I’ve sent three follow up emails and they are not responding. They seem to plan on keeping my $500+ dollars and I’m going to have to pursue legal action to get it back.

I've ordered probably 10 times over the years because the quality is always so great. I've exchanged a couple of times to different colours but usually get my size right first go.

Updated: I did finally receive a refund.
They acknowledged receipt of my return, only to ghost me on a refund. It's been 3 weeks since they received my returned item (which took FOREVER for them to receive... oddly). And now nadda. No refund. my requests (no phone # is available) via email have been ignored.

Beautiful quality and fit. I’d been considering buying from here for ages after seeing them on Insta - finally did at last. Their dresses are beautiful. I’m a size 10 and their size 10s are a perfect fit for me. Will be ordering more.
