Very quick and great products …
I wrote a review on Rowen and Wren about a year and a half ago. Fell in love with their website and the look of their products but was disappointed with some of the delivery/lack of responses. I made the point that this might be due to them being a new and small operation finding their feet. I haven’t made any orders since but I recently made an order with them and they were so quick. The packaging was on point, speed (in spite of the busy time of year) and I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the products.
I’m so happy they’ve ironed out some of the delivery/stock issues. Really a great company. Thank you and merry Christmas

Courier issue, but solved very fast!
Had an issue with the courier (Evri) as they left the parcel outside by the road and I wasn't in. It clearly got stolen.
The team at Rowen and Wren provided extremely quick support and within 2 days of the original delivery I had a replacement (with DPD this time thankfully!!) and they had initiated a claim with Evri.
Would highly recommend this company :-)

Bought a few pillowcases, 1 had a faulty zipper that couldn’t close.
Got a replacement straightaway and the zipper was damaged there as well.
Had to wait 10 days for a third cover to come to my house after “quality checks”, and to my surprise the zip is faulty once again. Now they’re not replying to my calls and the only excuse I got so far is “the warehouse is not getting back to us with an answer”.
Please be aware that their quality doesn’t match the price.

Hi Emily, it looks like you sent this just before I gave you a call, and I'm sorry you felt the need to post this. We are a small team, and the person who handles our customer service is on leave today; the rest of the team are responding to queries as promptly as they can.
We would agree we've let you down here; the cushion covers are from a new maker and they are not up to our usual high standards, which we are going to address with them. I'm also sorry we've been delayed by peak season at the warehouse we use; we've never been anything other than honest with you about the reasons for the delays, and I'm sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Now we've spoken, I'm happy that you're willing to let us do further checks on this item as you've provided some more information on the problem you're experiencing, and we will get this all resolved for you during next week so the replacement can be sent out when you're available to receive it.
Our apologies again for the disappointment and inconvenience caused.

The ‘Grove Flattened Knobs in blackened…
The ‘Grove Flattened Knobs in blackened bronze’ were just the elegant solution we were looking for to finish come bespoke cabinets. They arrived beautifully packaged and with a couple of screw options to suit different thicknesses of door. (We had to cut the longer of the screw down in the end but this is easily done). Would recommend.

Not clear from photos and description…
Not clear from photos and description that: a) brass soap dish has an angled profile, I.e. not straight; b) it's a thin gauge piece of metal, not cast brass as I expected. So, I feel I have been duped and am considering returning the object.

The shape of the dish is just about visible in our site images but I will agree it's far from clear, so I will pass that to our team to look at re-shooting this item when we can. While it's not a cast piece of metal, it is handmade from solid brass, so again my apologies if this wasn't as you expected. We never like any customer to feel as if they've been short-changed; if you do decide to return this item we will sadly but understandingly arrange this, and ensure that you are refunded in full.

Finlay sofa
I did email you to say thanks when it arrived, so hope you got that. I’m very pleased with the Finlay sofa in rustic linen, it’s just beautiful. It is a lovely shape and well upholstered… great job. Having castors is good as it easy to move. The sofa is a perfect size to sit in front of my bookcase; I just love it!
