Poor service
Penicuik branch- Arrived and handed my prescription to an assistant, no welcome. She asked my DOB and walked away. Left me standing as a conversation was had with the pharmacist. She then went on a pc and I could hear typing. I asked what was I to do, she said, wait five mins, how would I have known that. Then the pharmacist came out, shouted my name, checked address and that was it. Absolutely no friendliness or chat. I wonât be back.

Got a text saying prescription wasâŠ
Got a text saying prescription was ready for collection went too collect and they couldnât source it then said itâs now awaiting sign off from pharmacist.Maybe the next time they could ensure it is ready for collection before texting saying it is when itâs obviously not.I went back the next day and it was ready although there was a balance too it an idea maybe they should ensure all of the order is ready for collecting before messaging

Easy to use, great service
I order my meds online through the Rowlands app. It's very easy to use and, unlike some other health apps, I only had to register my prescription charges exemption once. Now I simply choose which medicine I want to order, check the details and confirm. It usually arrives within 3 days and I receive updates on progress at each stage of the journey.

Absolute piss poor excuse for a pharmacy!!! If you need your meds DONT go here. The staff here at Rowlands/ Numark Greenlaw, Newton Mearns are consistently exemplary in their service, nothing is ever too much for them, they are genuinely friendly, yet stay professional at all times. Superb service
I've been using Rowlands Pharmacy for several years now and I am always impressed with the ease at which I can order my prescriptions. From placing an order on their simple to use App I am kept constantly updated by email and delivery is swift. Not only that but they send me a reminder when I am running low. How's that for service! No more trudging to the surgery for a repeat prescription and no more trips to the pharmacy to collect same!
