Runcorn (Distribution) is excellent. Always prompt delivery and immediate notification if there is any issue with medication. Staff are very helpful if there is a query and deliver what they promise.

I am reliant on the medicines deliver to me. A missed day could mean trouble. Rowlands have never let me down during all the years I've been a customer.

Having them delivered to my home is great. Gave you only 4 stars because sometimes the delivery can take more days than I expect. If I order on a Monday I expect it by Thursday latest - as an example - but overall a great service and highly recommended. I tell everyone about it!

So easy to order with the app, they have never let know me down. Even when my surgery hasn't sent the prescription which I wouldn't be aware of, Rowlands alerted me so I was able to contact my surgery - all round brilliant service👍

Above all the reminders I get when my medicine is due and the safe packaging when delivered.

Easy to order and thankfully Royal Mail delivered promptly

Extremely disappointed with Rowland’s policy of not allowing you to use Mounjaro pens strength 7.5mg for more than one month. They say they’re not a “maintenance level pen”. So having taken 5mg for a few months I stepped up to 7.5mg and would like to stay at this level until my body gets used to it. I don’t want to step up again to 10mg straight away. I’ve talked to several other pharmacists and been advised that there is no clinical issue with remaining on 7.5mg for as long as they work. Seems that Rowland’s policy isn’t common practice but by getting patients to step up to higher dosages will certainly generate more money. Can’t find anyone else that does this.

All the staff at Rowlands in Almondbury are always friendly and extremely helpful. They give great advice and assistance where necessary and ensure our prescriptions are correct. They are the best. When we had issues with prescriptions they told me what I needed to do and they then sorted it for me to make things easier. Thanks you

Absolutely deplorable service .people collecting their prescriptions at the branch in Bart's hospital London have to wait more than one hour before their ticket number is called sometimes the wait is even longer. It is totally unacceptable

If I could give them a minus score, I would. Just rude, inefficient - even the frst impression of the pharmacy is that it is a mess. Shelves littered with odd and dishevelled products and that is before you even get to the rudest staff imaginable. There is a guy on the counter who must hate his job (if he is there because he often goes walkabout and even his colleagues are hunting him down) as he is so blunt and rude when you ask for a prescription. He needs customer service basic training. if you don't like your job, do something else. The staff behind the scenes are constantly laughing and joking, despite the queues and we are all waiting and waiting. If this is not bad enough, they never answer the phone. Never. I have phoned direct and I have phoned through the hospital switchboard. Indeed, I have phoned 17 TIMES in the last four working days and not one time has someone picked up the phone. We even tested it once when we were in the pharmacy, when they were mucking about behind the counter - someone could have stopped messing about and picked up the phone and helped a customer, but no. They have the NHS contract, so what the hell, they just keep getting the money and that's about it. The NHS should seriously review this agreement. Their service is worse than terrible.

This service was great. It is simple and efficient. Pharmacist was always pleasant and very helpful and supportive.

I can only say praises about the service and about the staff. For two years I have been getting my medication fortnightly and they are extremely helpful and understanding. Several times I got confused and even desperate as it is quite hard to keep track of my orderds. In any emergency situation they sorted out my order.
One more thing which also shows their excellent customer service skills and the fact that they actually do care is that they already recognise my name on the phone. All in all I can only recommend the pharmacy.
