I love Roxy clothing and have been a regular customer for some years. However, a large order went missing on Feb 7th and I have been going in circles with emails and automated responses ever since. I have repeatedly called their numbers both in the UK and Sweden (I live in Europe). Both numbers cut off almost immediately. It appears there is no customer service, more like a black hole into which enquiries disappear. I am now out of pocket to the tune of 162 euros with apparently little to no recourse. Absolutely shameful business practices! Will never order Roxy clothing again, from anywhere!

Quand il n'y a pas de problÚme avec la commande, j'imagine que tout roule. Des années que je commande plusieurs fois par an chez eux et que ça se passe bien.
J'avais déjà dû mal à me faire rembourser un produit mais je ne m'étais pas attardée là -dessus.
Maintenant qu'ils m'escroquent, je comprends un peu mieux les avis qu'ils ont sur ce site !
J'avais une offre anniversaire intéressante qui a disparue dans une commande non validée par eux. Jamais revu la couleur de la réduction et ils n'ont jamais répondu à mon email de réclamation.
Puis j'ai utilisé les points que j'avais cumulé en réalisant plusieurs achats chez eux. 15⬠de réduction à partir de 25⬠d'achat. J'achÚte deux produits à 35â¬. On est d'accord qu'un seul produit suffit donc pour obtenir la réduction. Malheureusement pour moi un des produits est beaucoup trop grand donc je suis contrainte de le renvoyer. Les mecs ils me sucrent la moitié de mon remboursement de l'offre. Un article à 35â¬, donne 15⬠de réduction (à partir de 25⬠je rappelle) mais 2 articles à 35⬠ça fait que 7,5⬠de remboursé. Cette moquerie de tronche intergalactique ð€¡ (je suis censurée sans gros mots)
Bref, ce sont de gros escrocs. Et leur service client est le plus nul que j'ai jamais expérimenté (3 semaines pour me dire on t'escroque osef et on en est fiers). Roxy c'est fini pour moi !
Not received my refund after 13 working days
I sent a coat back for a refund on 31/1/25. The evri tracking showed that it was received by Boardriders on 3/2/25. Itâs now 19/2/25 and I still donât have my refund. Roxy state that it may take up to 10 working days to receive the refund. Itâs now been 13 working days and still no refund. Iâve done what they suggest and sent proof of postage, proof of receipt. Still no response. Iâve tried the chat function and only get the virtual assistant, never a human live agent. Iâve tried responding to the emails to get a human to reply and no one ever does. Iâve had no one contact me about this at all having sent multiple messages. Does anyone actually work for Roxy, are there any humans there at all? This is 100% the worst customer service have experienced ever. When is someone going to help me sort this out and help me receive my refund for the cost Iâve returned. I am owed £280.00 by Roxy!!!

Horrible service
I paid $10.99 for shipping and it is taking over a month to get here. When I complain to customer service, they give me the tracking information. I have that and that is why I am complaining. Would never shop here again even if they werenât bankrupt. I get free shipping at other places and it takes far less time to get here. Horrible company!!!!!!!

You just wouldn't believe things like this happen but they do! Bought skiing equipment and returned half of what I had ordered. Although I have a receipt my return package had been returned over 3 weeks ago, I have had no response to my emails and noone is picking up the phone! £500 shorter! Absolute joke!! I have notified the bank and will be reporting to police! Avoid avoid avoid!

What an awful experience! I will never recommend or even look at the sight again! Who on earth is in charge to let the place go to such a state that you have to keep peopleâs money! Iâm actually gob smacked! I have never experienced anything like what I have from a clothes store or anywhere else on that matter! You should be ashamed and embarrassed! I have only just got my money back after weeks of emailing and trying to ring! They take about a week to reply if youâre lucky or not at all!
What on earth is the point of it all?? Then send an email to ask if Iâm satisfied with the service! Bit of a joke isnât it!

23/12/24 een trui en broek teruggestuurd omdat deze niet goed waren. Vandaag 11/02/25 nog steeds geen refund gekregen (104,99â¬!!)
De klanten dienst al massa's mails verzonden + alle documenten van Bpost. Na een automatisch antwoord nog, 1 keer een antwoord gehad dat ze het gingen "onderzoeken" en nu alweer bijna een maand windstil. Ik blijf mailen, maar niets. Echt schandalig!

Do not order! They had a great deal and I ordered a bunch of stuff on February 1, 2025. They have processed my payment but nothing has been mailed. I called after a couple of days and was reassured that everything was fine. When I called today, the phone number no longer works. They are officially bankrupt. But first they took a bunch of people's money. Shocker.

Zero communication for a faulty product
So bought a rucksack for work, it is poor quality and the strap is coming away from the seam, I started by emailing the website on 31/1/25 and to date still had no communication from this company despite further emails and trying to call, on hold for 15 minutes and phone went dead. Any ideas on how to return this faulty product would be appreciated. Really disappointing and have now had to purchase another bag!

Hice un pedido en la página de roxy un biquini. El paquete llegó abierto y estaba incompleto, faltaba la parte superior del biquini. Llevo dos semanas esperando una respuesta por parte de Roxy. Solamente tienen un formulario para rellenar y no tienen ningún teléfono ni email de contacto. Si no recibo una solución al problema, presentaré una demanda contra la empresa de paqueteria inpost y contra roxy, por incumplimiento. El servicio en el caso de tener un problema es pésimo, lo desaconsejo totalmente. Sigo esperando una solución al problema, he mandado varios formularios y no recibo respuesta.

Wish I'd have read these reviews before I ordered! I ordered a bikini top and bottoms - top arrived, no sign of bottoms. Tracking is all over the place as it says they're two shipments, but the tracking code is the same so it's saying both items have been delivered. It's IMPOSSIBLE to speak to anyone - the email contact forms are all automated and don't actually answer your question (FYI Alice is a bot). Sat on hold to their call centre with no answer so far. Going to have to raise a chargeback. Thought Roxy were a reputable company?!

Een ster is eigenlijk nog te veel voor deze debielen die zich klantenservice noemen. Creditnota is het woord wat zij niet geleerd hebben, snappen ze Ìberhaupt iets als ze in de veertien mails je naam continu verkeerd blijven spellen, is dit een grap? Dit bedrijf beloofd u een creditnota maar denken vervolgens dat een kortingscoucher hetzelfde betekent, heel raar⊠Verder nog een paar gegoogelde moeilijke woorden in een dom antwoord daar ga je het helaas niet mee redden. Daarnaast iemand mailen met je terwijl het gewoon U moet zijn, standaard manieren? Roxy is een leuk merk maar hierdoor bestel ik echt nooit meer wat. Roxy misschien je mensen bij de klantenservice beter uitkiezen want hier verlies je echt vaste klanten mee. De naam van de medewerker in dit geval was Indira, misschien tijd voor een verfrissende cursus klantenservice/ algemene kennis?
