âExpress Deliveryâ arrived 5 days late, after receipt deadline
I ordered an item with express delivery (1-2 days) as I needed it for a specific event in 5 daysâ time. The item did not arrive until the following week, at which point it was no longer required. Despite cancelling the order and sending the item back, the item was delivered again 2 days later. The entire process was frustrating and irritating, and the quality of the product remains unknown as it was late and never used. The delivery process was unacceptable and rendered the whole transaction pointless for everyone; a pity, as the product may well be excellent.
