In hindsight, we realize the importance of providing accurate information regarding the processing time needed for items, especially for complex products like the blonde highlights wig you ordered. This particular item requires multiple rounds of bleaching and dyeing. Additionally, the deep bleached knots and fake scalp that you want also needs a few extra days to the production timeline.

After the email communication, we finally realized that return for a refund is your only need so we agreed and actively promoted the return process. (please note that due to the 14-day free return and exchange policy of our website, the return shipping fee is paid by the customer)

We udnerstand your concern for the shipping fee and agreed to bear the return shipping. However, due to some objective reasons, the prepaid return label was not sent to your email on time.
