Very efficient, great price - delivered on time

You took an order for an item that you did not have in stock......why?
When I enquired why it didn't arrive on the delivery date that you gave me I was given the excuse it was automatically generated by computer! I was then told if I still wanted the item they would order one. I felt like I was going round in circles so asked for a refund which took 5 days. Their service and attitude was rubbish, you have been warned!

order arrived complete & on time. I had ordered a selection of finishes to assess what worked best for the planned interior design. Returns was very simple, using the RS Electrical Supplies system, able to track package & refund was processed promptly.. within 24 hours... of receipt. Will definitely use RS electrical supplies again.

Absolutely shocking. Ordered, received email confirmation. No further updates for two weeks. Telephoned, told it was in picking and would be shipped later that day. No confirmation of shipping. Telephoned again five days later, told the order was in picking and would ship later that day. Appalling service, order cancelled. What a waste of time. There are numerous better companies out there to buy from.
