We're very happy with the product selection and quality that we've ordered from RS Electrical Supplies. Our order was delivered promptly and we are impressed with the customer service.

RS forgot to dispatch my order

RS forgot to dispatch my order. 7 days late, I contacted them and the operative said that the order had been dispatched and will arrive via Royal Mail. On enquiring when that item was dispatched, I was told "today".

As I needed this item for a job, I had to purchase the item elsewhere, so when this one finally arrives, it will be surplus to requirements.

goods arrived on time

goods arrived on time - but our electrician notices that one of th eswitches had scoring on its face - as he was fitting them all that day it was too late to do anything about it. I guess it is not the fault of the supplier but that of the manufacturer.
