A staff member changed their terms and conditions online mid text conversation with me after realising the policy they were trying to impose on me when I tried to reschedule a treatment (single treatments validity is 6 months) didn’t actually exist. After confronting them with screenshots of before and after, I was called by them several times and they apologised for it, insisting it was an external company who deals with their bookings and offered discounted treatments and free skincare which I was reluctant to do but I did initially agree to. Also as I had seen zero results from coolsculpting although I did only have 1 treatment, I was expecting at least some difference and then I read up about serious side effects of it which I didn’t realise so I chose emsculpt neo at a discounted rate as agreed until nearer the appointment time, I decided I’d rather actually not attend a dishonest salon. The other staff members were nice when I attended the clinic the one time but due to my experience after this with the dishonesty of who I liaised with via phone, I’d rather go to a more trusted place for my treatments even though it meant losing my £100 deposit.

I had an amazing experience at RT aesthetics. All the team were really friendly and informative. Corey carried out my treatments and made me feel so comfortable and was very knowledgeable. I am very happy with the results from my treatments and have seen significant changes since Cryolipolysis and Body Exilis. I think the price and quality of the treatments are great. Thank you again for my great experience 😊

Staff friendly enough but unfortunately paid a lot for treatments and had literally no results despite giving it time which is a real shame.

Highly recommend RT Aesthetics for both there treatments and customer support. All my treatments have worked very well and I am not an ongoing VIP member of the clinic with regular monthly treatment.

5 star clinic with great customer service and support. I’ve been a client for many years and I’ve seen them develop more and more each year. To bring out the emerald laser and EMSculpt Neo has been a huge thing for clients. These treatments have always been seen as London only and no other clinic in the North East have wanted to invest.

Honestly I wouldn’t look anywhere else other than RT Aesthetics.

I have been a client of RT Aesthetics for many years and have seen the company grow and grow. They now offer so many different treatments for face, body, problematic skin and even urinary incontinence treatments. They have shown that they are all about brining the most up to date high end technology possible with many clinics in the North falling short of this. Treatments such as emerald, EMSculpt Neo and Emtone were only available in London and Manchester until RT Aesthetics launched them here in the North East!

They are very warming and welcoming at the clinic, through email support and now sms too!

Recently had the Emerald Laser Treatment and highly recommend the treatment. I have seen major results, lost weight / inches and feel great! I love the fact there is also a maintenance plan and have signed up once I completed the 10th session.

Highly recommend the professional staff and the service - felt just like a VIP!

Visits to RT are always excellent, the team are knowledgeable and competent and pay close attention to individual needs.

I would highly recommend the EMSculpt Neo for fat reduction and sculpting. I had treatment around 6 weeks ago and working 1 week I could see results. I’ll be honest the overall result did take a little longer (around 4/5 weeks) for it to fully show but was advised of this. Lovely staff and clinic and always do what they can to assist! I am starting the new emerald laser now and always feeling the benefits!

Fabulous staff. Unfortunately my treatment has not worked as I wanted it too for me. I'm 56 and wanted my skin tightened on my stomach which hasn't actually changed at all. I know it keeps working down the line for 3 months but I cannot see it changing to be honest. I think the only way that will help is surgery.

Nothing against the company as I know everyone is different and might work for others.

Attended with my mam for her treatment - lovely atmosphere, really knowledgable staff and very good at putting patients at ease. Really impressed, would recommend and would consider if I decide to also get any treatments.

Excellent high quality detailed consultation with excellent brochures to take away to ensure that you understand everything. Clean layout in office which is well kept. Overall a great experience!

Professional, informative friendly staff

The staff were so good and knowledgeable about what they do. During my treatment everything was explained to me in great detail which assured me I was in good hands. The staff really look after you.
