today its 23rd day still havnt got my test Results. i sent them a letter to warn them about small court claim.

Dreadful company with all sorts of issues. Order Day 2/8 Release and Day 5 Release kit. Various issues with kits themselves and more issues when trying to register test and get results. My Day 5 results didn't come back until Day 8, despite their "guarantee" of 24 hour turn around upon receipt. Asked for a refund and the answer was essentially "You received the test packs so no refund". I pointed out that I bought a service from them and that they failed to deliver but no response so far.

It is almost impossible to contact them - in a queue for more than 2 hours then disconnected. Do not answer emails and/or webform queries in a timely manner.

Very stressful for the Day 2 and 8 release but so glad I didn't use them for Fit to Fly!

There is a useful FB page dedicated to the poor service from this company. It's public and worth a read before using the services from RT Diagnostics.

I would strongly recommend avoiding them at all costs.

Day 5 - nothing after 72 hours - 90 minutes on hold on phone number - email reponse after several hours saying results shortly

Terrible experience. No customer service. Not able to make a complaint. Still have not had my result from the day 2 test (now on day 7) nor day 5 test to release. Absolutely shameful.

Appalling day 5 test to release service. Registered my test kit online, sent it, it was delivered to the laboratory. It’s now been 48h, I have not received my test results and have been relying on NHS lateral flow tests to make sure I’m negative and can go about my business.
Their customer service is impossible to get hold of: the telephone number doesn’t get me anywhere and although they reply to emails, they take ages to do so and because it takes so long, it’s impossible to get anything done.
It’s absolutely appalling that this laboratory is recommended by the U.K. Government but then again, everything about this Government’s Covid response has been appalling, so this feels very on-brand.

Absolutely appalling service. I have recently come back from a trip overseas. I booked tests for day 2, 5 to release and 8 through rt diagnostics. Day 2 result came back immediately. Day five I am still waiting on Day 10. I received an email with an a link to view a result this morning, but it doesn't work. Customer service is unreachable, 1 and a half hours waiting and no answer. I gave up. Absolutely frustrated with this joke after paying extra for day five test to release.

Simply never heard back on my Day 8 test results. No answers to my calls or emails. Really shoddy and feels like a scam

Cheap but completely useless. Don’t bother if you actually need results, not just a code to let you return. I don’t understand how this company got government approval and I feel ripped off. I ordered a Day2&8 test kit well before travel and it arrived promptly. Instructions state not to perform test if being uncomfortable doing so (?), so why is it mandatory? Anyway, I spent the money so might as well have them do the work. I sent back the Day2 test around 1.30pm, and could see it was delivered 7.30am on Day3. I received nothing on Day4 and on Day5 tried to call them on the phone, waiting over 7 minutes listening to music. I filled in the online query form, again received nothing. After 10pm on Day5 they finally sent an email (with typos) saying they received the sample and will provide results in 24hours. I don’t have high hopes that this will happen but will be sending a complaint after the full experience is over.

Terrible - please do not use them. I flew back to the UK with 20 colleagues. All of them used different providers and got their results the day after the tests. RT Diagnostics took 3 days for my day 2 test. I cannot get my day 5 test to release results. They DO NOT answer the phone. They DO NOT respond to emails except for the initial acknowledging one. Yes, they will deliver the tests to your home in a timely manner but that is it. If you want results quickly (or even at the same time as other people who are probably paying less than you), you are better going out to a centre for a test, that will speed up the process a lot.

We are a family of four. We purchased Day 2 & 8 Tests and Day 5 tests from RTDiagnostics. We paid extra for the Day 5 because we knew that our young children would be desperate to get out of quarantine as soon as possible.

We went with RT because they state that they will have results back within 24 hrs of receiving them at their facility.

We can see from Track-and-Trace that all our Day 5 test kits arrived before 8am yesterday. Therefore, we should have had the results by now. We would like RT to honour their word and give us our results so that we can leave quarantine.

It took around 34 hours to get our Day 2 results (from when they reached RTDiagnosics, plus another 36 hours in the post)- which we thought was poor but were hopeful that the Day 5 would be quicker, due to the extra amount that they cost.

One of the most frustrating elements of this process is the terrible lack of communication from RTDiagnostic. Considering what we have paid, I'd say that it borders on criminal.
We have tried phoning on several occasions but have either not been able to get through of have been put on hold for so long that we finally gave up.
We have tried the 'Get Instant Support" link - Haha that's a joke! - I posted a message 2 days ago and still haven't received a response.
I also emailed 2 days ago about the slow Day 2 results ... and surprise, surprise - no response either.

RTDiagnostics - It is NOT OK to ignore your customers who have paid a lot of money for a service!

Shocking customer service, and very unprofessional - they fail to respond to emails and their website is amateurish and peppered with spelling errors.
The testing kit did arrive - but any service stopped there. I am still awaiting the result of my Day 2 and Day 5 (Test to Release) Tests. Thankfully I had paid for a second set of tests from a reliable and efficient company.

Very poor experience. One star because I can't give zero.

My friend used RT Diagnostic and advised me of her terrible experience and did not recommend it I thought I will take my own judgement as it’s cheaper than the rest. I honestly say I did not have any issues with them at all everything was accurate.

I bought the test for day 2 after returning from Portugal before it was moved to the amber list. I tried to phone them several times to know whether I could have my money back or use it in the next travel, but it was impossible to reach them. I spent 2 hours waiting on the phone. I recieved a email many days later asking me to contact the email "highpriority", which I did, but there was no answer at all. It is one of the worst costumer services I've ever experienced, I don't even know how can they be in the gobernment webpage. Really dissapointed.

I spoke to a lovely young woman Called Hanna, she assisted me with registering the Day 2/8 Test Kits. I did this whilst on the phone and she kept me calm and assured me that I will be allowed back into the country as I was panicking.

The company isn't a scam as it has been very beneficial to me and I am coming back to UK after having a fantastic time on Miami Beach.

After bit of bumpy road at the beginning all was sorted out and got my results! Day 8 results came in time so happy to be free again!

I would like to share my experiance and I hope you do not make a mistake as I did and you reed the reviews before make a purchase with this company. I ordered the kit for day 2 and day 8 + day 5 for my Covid test well before my return to the UK. After a couple of days I started worrying as I did not have a tracking number and called the company. No luck to get hold of anyone and the ring tone was as the line was closed. Then I checked the reviews and alarm bells rang. I ordered another test from another company as it was critical to have the tests on time. After returning to the UK I tried to call the company and I sent an email with the request to return the kit but no luck. After 10 days of the purchase and a long wait I have managed to speak to their customer service. Their representative simply said that they have done their bit by sending the kit and I cannot return it. I said that I am not happy with that but he said that he needs to get another call and he hang up on me.
I am speechless..... Very poor standards for a company in this country. Please avoid dealing with them and you will save some stress for yourself.

don’t waste your money, been back a month still no results - want a refund of £150 😡

Shaz was excellent on the call and did everything to help me. He sent an urgent message to the lab to send out our results so we could be released.

Very poor. More than 3 weeks ago, I ordered two Day2 and Day8 test kits for my parents travelling from France. Only one of the kits arrived (though my paiment was taken for both obviously). The other one was never dispatched. I sent many emails, and impossible to get them through the phone.
