Incredible Experience with these guys from start to finish - Devon answered all of our questions - organised our quotes and invoices and got all of our kit shipped out next day! - we couldn't have asked for more.

Incorrect case for Palma 2 was shipped, yet to be resolved

Firstly Devon was polite and helpful, I received the invoice within just a few minutes of hanging up the phone. It wasn't long after this it was paid and I received confirmation it was being despatched. Despite living in the South Island and Rural I received the package the next day.

Excellent personalised service - such a great help in my hour of need, thanks team!

Super Fast Trader. I put in the order and just over a day later I am using purchased items. I have saved this website for future use

Easy on line shopping, great service and fast delivery
Thanks

Delivery of the product was extremely quick and easy. Initially dealing with customer service on returns of goods felt hard and their initial contact felt unreasonable. Subsequently, I was contacted and customer service were helpful in accommodating the correct headphones to purchase.

The products were supplied as described and are excellent. I was disappointed to see all 3 products I purchased were offered at a special price or reduced price before the parcel had been sent to me. I would have hoped I may be considered for some consideration of these specials as they were offered before the product had been sent. Would have been appreciated

'How did we do'? I have no idea ... as soon as I saw that you use Aramex couriers I knew there would be problems.. they are routinely inept!. Latest information is the package has been sent to Ashburton... it certainly isn't here.

If you value your reputation dump Aramex!

Such an easy process, great communication of order progress and super quick delivery.
Can't fault them over my many photography items purchased from Rubber Monkey. 👍🏼

Delivery was quick and the staff were lovely when we picked it up. Really happy with my purchase.

Ordered an item that I could not find anywhere else in NZ, and even though delivery was delayed (not Rubber Monkey's fault, supplier delay), Rubber Monkey communicated very effectively and updated me with the new ETA, Product arrived and am very happy with the whole experience.

Good job, good products, fast delivery

Probably my favorite store to deal with in New Zealand. SUPER team. Never had a negative experience in 50+ orders

I called to clarify stock levels and my questions was answered quickly. Order was processed and dispatched same day and I had the product the next day.

Always great service, good products, prices and fast shipping - also appreciate the lollies in every package :)

Good pricing, fast shipping, great service

Fantastic shopping experience, extremely helpful staff when I called. Made sure I had the product delivered in rapid time. Very reliable and lovely staff.

A top retailer referred me to Rubber Monkey when they couldn't supply the product I wanted. A very supportive and knowledgeable person at RM helped me on the phone. Product was perfect and arrived quickly. Thank you!
