Rubber Monkey レビュー

Their support manager with assistance from their audio specialist team was superb. The solution offered was 'spot-on' to the problem.

I ordered on the day when the New Zealand Wellington team of Rubber Monkey was down due to bad weather. They connected me to their Sydney team, who were very patient and extremely helpful in my rather complicated order.

And then I needed to make some changes that required phone calls and emails. These were also handled very professionally and the staff were knowledgeable and helpful.

Very satisfied with the overall process.

It was easy, and quick to order. I like the option to deliver as ready individual items, or wait for the total order.
NZ Post delivery is the only minor point, where the item was redirected to a post office only open 9-4.30 weekdays. Which delayed pick up for almost a week.

Great to deal with simple, easy and efficient - Doug

Excellent product choice, Great comms re delivery timeframes and out for delivery, Solid product.

Outstanding professional service, great communication and super fast shipping. Extremely happy with products and overall experience.

Highly recommend Rubber Monkey to anyone who is looking for a one stop shop for quality equipment and service.

Was given a shipping date, no notifications that it was going to be late, had to ring and ask what was happening. Customer service staff member was very helpful but not letting me know isnt!

The very personal support from Devon was extremely valuable. That service was beyond just a sales or technical support.

straightforward to order and buy; efficient fast delivery; good delivery rate.

Competitive price and prompt delivery

Always easy to deal with and help with solutions. Quick shipping and great at keeping you informed about your purchases

Very fast delivery..
The only negative thing was that it had to be signed for with the courier. I could not go online to give them permission to deliver without signature. We thought we wouldn't be at home when it was scheduled to be delivered because we were picking someone up at the airport. As it happened, they were delayed and caught a later flight so we were at home on the delivery day so it didn't matter in the end.

It took 2 months for the goods to turn up.
Thats way too long
