As a returning Brit with the desire to find work quickly after my return, I had my worries about finding work in what many consider to be the toughest UK job markets in recent history.
After a phone call with the incredible Ella Banks, I knew I was in good hands with a recruitment company who saw potential where others don’t look, who understand the importance of soft skills in an evolving corporate world, and within a week helped me book an interview in with a company that perfectly aligned with my career goals and prior experience.

I have found this recruitment company to be very helpful over the last few months, especially as I had been struggling to secure a new role for a while. In particular, Claire Heckford has been a star in helping me, who I've been working closely with since March 2025. I was recently offered a full time position after applying via Rubicon, with Amber Marshall guiding me through the process. Amber was very helpful, providing friendly, constructive advice for my application.

Amber gave useful tips about what I might expect in my interviews and how to approach them, and remained responsive, supportive and communicative throughout each stage of the interview process.

I was also placed in a few temp positions via Rubicon with the help of Dagmara and Bethany. Both were lovely to deal with, explaining the role fully and answering any questions I had.

My experience at Rubicon in all the years I have been working through this employment agency has been very satisfactory. They are not just an agency that gives you a job opportunity, they are also excellent professionals, who try to look out for you, so that you feel comfortable at work and they are always attentive to address your needs or concerns. Dagmara is the person I have dealt with the most and she is a human being with a lot of empathy and professionalism, thanks to the entire work team and especially to Dagmara.

WOW. I should have signed up with these guys earlier. I only went it to see if they could help me get a job. Dannie assisted me in the process of registering my CV . A few days later Bethany rang to say would I be interested in a job interview. Aimee rang later in the day to see how I felt about the interview, Fair to say I got the job 👍.
