Rubicon Watches レビュー

Speedy delivery and lovely watch. Packaged securely.

Lovely clock good value would definitely recommend this website

I ordered a smartwatch from Rubicon. It arrived promptly and well packaged. However, it wasn't quite right for the work related purpose I had in mind for it.
This was probably the smoothest return ever. Prompt communication, clear directions and that lovely feeling of a customer service that trusts if they treat you well you'll surely return. I shall! Thank you.

I first used Rubicon Watches a few years ago, when my son, who serves in the armed forces, had cracked the glass on his watch, a Lorus. The watch was still functioning perfectly. I took it to a High Street chain, The Watch Lab who said it would have to be serviced (£75) and replacing the glass would be charged on top of that, coming to about £100. I pointed out that the watch only cost about £45 and left!

I had a look on the internet and was fortunate to spot Rubicon Watches and phoned them up and spoke to Steve who said if I posted it, a new glass fitted would be less than a tenner plus postage and would be back with me in a few days, He was as good as his word.

I have just sent two of these watches (my son had bought a backup) to Rubicon Watches for new batteries. Once again, Steve has sorted it for a fair price - £15 per watch to include pressure testing to make sure they are sealed and £6 for return next day postage. Send to him on Tuesday, back on Friday.

Fantastic service, and the watches weren’t even purchased from them. I highly recommend this firm.

Excellent value and service, I needed extra links for strap, this was done in a matter of a couple of days in the post. Thanks

A First Class, highly recommended seller. They show care with delivery and quality of order - am just thrilled to bits with their service.

I highly value Rubicon Watch’s obvious customer-care, sincerity and ease of purchase. Their website is also a delight to browse.

Thank you so much, Louise

Top service from Rubicon watches. Superb communication throughout many thanks to steve

This company certainly knows about customers service a really good experience from start to finish. Excellent service and quick delivery every thing you want from a company will certainly use them again. Thank you Roger

What a wonderful experience dealing with a truly customer oriented company. In this day and age to find a supplier that actually cares about their customers is difficult enough but to find one that provides excellent value for money as well is a rare thing indeed. Highly recommended.

Really well packed great quality at a good price, arrived earlier than expected you can’t ask for more.

Speedy order processing and delivery. Very happy to support an independent retailer rather than the usual giant - the price and delivery time were exactly the same. Also, great to know there was a contact number if I had any queries. Would definitely recommend.

Amazing service, with quick dispatch time and delivery. Excellent service all round A*

Had an awesome experience purchasing from Rubicon. Bought a Timex North Expedition that I was waiting to get back in stock for a while. They had it in stock, so after a few short emails they invoiced me on Paypal and the watch was on its way shortly after paying. Got it delivered with Royal mail the very next morning. Would definitely recommend them, 10/10.

A great looking watch.Packaged well and for saying how far it came it arrived in good time.
We are from Derbyshire originally and its good to know that quality and efficiency are still evident there.
Its a fine watch and it will be treasured.

I bought a watch on their Amazon store. I was very pleasantly surprised at how quickly my parcel arrived and how well packaged the watch was. The watch itself was immaculate and very reasonably priced. I would certainly recommend Rubicon as a company to buy from.

The watch that I purchased replaced a 14 years old broken watch belonging to my wife, and was an identical make/model. The watch upon arrival was well packaged and was in perfect condition. My wife was extremely happy with my purchase, her favourite watch now replaced, and at a great price. The whole buying process was smooth and without any complications. Staff were polite, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. I can wholeheartedly recommend this company to others without reservation.
