Hey T.M - I can see that you have updated your review, our support team are great at helping with issues like you are having we recommend reaching out to them with your questions and concerns as they are much more equipped to help you out!
Our monthly matchplay code has been updated to an LTO that is avalible at the same times on the Coin Bundle store - the promotion has not been removed just the way you claim it has been changed.

We’re really sorry to hear you’re feeling this way. We understand how disappointing it can be when you’ve spent time and money playing and haven’t hit the kind of win you were hoping for.

Our games, including jackpots and the daily wheel are random, and outcomes aren’t influenced by how much someone has played. We know that doesn’t always make it feel less frustrating, though.

The $10 credit was never meant to be insulting it was simply a small gesture from our team to show we hear you and appreciate you reaching out.
