Hi Danya,

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed with your recent experience.

We understand how frustrating it can feel when the wins don't seem to come your way, especially after being with us for so long. While we know it may not feel that way right now, our games are not adjusted based on how long someone has been a member or their previous results.

We also appreciate your comments about the Bonus Wheel. It's designed to offer a variety of prizes, from smaller rewards to larger ones, so results can vary from spin to spin.

We genuinely value your loyalty over the past few years and are grateful you've been part of our community. Your feedback has been shared with our team, and we hope you'll experience another big win soon.

Thank you again for sharing your thoughts with us. Please feel free to reach out to support if you would like to have any further conversations regarding this!

Thank you,
Ruby Team

Hey Adam,

We're sorry to hear that your experience with us didn't meet your expectations.

All of our games operate using random outcomes, which means results can vary from player to player and session to session. Although wins can never be guaranteed, we work hard to provide a fair, secure, and entertaining experience for all of our players.

We appreciate your feedback regarding the game selection and overall experience, and I'll be sure to pass it along.

If there's anything specific about your account or gameplay experience that you'd like us to look into, please send us an email at support@rubysweeps.com

Thank you.
Ruby Sweeps Team

Hey Sandra!

We’re really sorry to hear you’re feeling this way. We understand how disappointing it can be when you’ve spent time and money playing and haven’t hit the kind of win you were hoping for.

Our games, including jackpots and the daily wheel are random, and outcomes aren’t influenced by how much someone has played. We know that doesn’t always make it feel less frustrating, though.

The $10 credit was never meant to be insulting it was simply a small gesture from our team to show we hear you and appreciate you reaching out.

If you’re open to it, we’d truly like the chance to look into your concerns further and make sure you are heard! If you should like to do this please reach out to support.
