Dear customer,
thank you for contacting us and sending us feedback.
Unfortunately we were obliged to cancel your order since the shoe in the size you have ordered was out of stock. Refund has been made as soon as the order was canceled, however please note that transactions can take more days to reflect in credit cards.
We confirm that we received an email regarding stock of this shoe, however the question was generic and didn't specify the size of the product. Therefore our team replied that the availability of the product is shown on the website by clicking the colour and size of the item. We didn't state that the shoe size you ordered is available, and you can also see in the product page that it is clearly indicated as "Not available".

For your racket we have filed a warranty case with the supplier, since we are retailers and we cannot take care of this practice directly.
We understand that the case is prolonging, however unfortunately we cannot proceed without the supplier's response in matter. Our team is soliciting them regularly for a reply: as soon as we receive instructions we will contact you via email.

Dear customer,
thank you for contacting us and sending us feedback.
We apologize for the package that was not delivered.
We were informed about the delay of the parcel and immediately reported the problem to the courier company. As couriers are not under our direct influence, it can take some time for the practice to be concluded. We have, however, solicited them regularly in matter.
Unfortunately the parcel was lost, and therefore we issued a full refund.
We indeed provide multiple courier options in the cart, and the client can choose one that best suits one's needs/preferences.

We have been contacted for a parcel that has been delivered but not received by the recipient, therefore our department in charge has proceeded to file an issue with the courier.
For delivery issues we are obliged to file a case with the courier and understand where the parcel is.
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to ship a substitution parcel or issue a refund without receiving the official confirmation from our courier branch that the parcel is lost.
We will contact you again as soon as we receive a reply from the courier.
We apologize for the inconvenience caused by the delivery service and thank you for your understanding.

Dear customer,
thank you for contacting us and sending us feedback.
Please note that we are closed during weekends and your email request has been sent on Saturday. We have replied you on Monday when we came back in office.
Your parcel has been processed with the correct paperwork and a copy of the invoice has been sent with the shipment, so that customs can visualize details of the content and their relative price.
Customs should not charge parcels with goods under 135 GBP of total value.
However unfortunately we cannot advise you why the customs have charged fees on your parcel, since this is not something under our control.
We therefore invite you to get in touch with the customs offices of your country.

Dear customer,
Thank you for contacting us and sending us feedback.
Unfortunately your parcel has not been delivered for unknown reason, and it has been returned to the sender by the courier.
We have been notified about the return of the parcel, however we never received it in our facility. Therefore we have filed an issue with the courier.
For delivery issues we are obliged to file a case with the courier and understand where the parcel is.
Unfortunately it is not possible for us to ship a substitution parcel or issue a refund without receiving the official confirmation from our courier branch that the parcel is lost.
However since the practice is prolonging, our management has decided to issue you a full refund.
We deeply apologize for the inconvenience caused by the courier and thank you for your patience.

Dear client,
thank you for contacting us and sending us feedback.
We would like to point out that it is clearly stated in the contact area of our homepage and on several other pages of the website that we are a company based in Italy.
It is also written multiple times in the cart that this is a shipment from the EU and that for UK clients the following applies:
“The prices shown includes UK VAT. The shipment is sent from the EU and, in accordance with UK rules after brexit, VAT will be collected at checkout only for orders under 135 GBP (total value of products, excluding shipping and other costs). Orders over 135 GBP may be subject to customs control at your destination with VAT and possible handling charges.”
We also show the following information when choosing the delivery option for the order:
"Shipping is from the EU."

Dear customer,
thank you for contacting us and sending us feedback.
We have been contacted on January the 16th regarding the parcel not being delivered and we have promptly filed an issue with the courier in the same day.
The courier is currently carrying out their checks: once they reply us in matter we will contact you via email.
Please note that this is an investigation the courier has to make and therefore it is a process on their side which we have little to no influence on.
It may take some time before they will reply with their result, however please rest assured that we do our utmost to ensure that the problem is dealt with quickly.

Our assistance has filed an issue with the courier for your case and we are currently waiting for their response in matter.
Kindly note that this is an investigation on the side of the delivery service on which we have no influence. This investigation might take up to a few weeks. As soon as we receive an update we will contact you via email.
