Really impressed with this magnesium supplement. It has helped improve my sleep quality and reduced muscle tension, especially after workouts.

This magnesium has been a game changer. I’ve noticed better sleep, less muscle tension, and a calmer feeling overall. Easy to take, gentle on the stomach, and clearly high quality. Highly recommend!

Magnesium bisglycinate is an excellent form of magnesium that has proven to be highly beneficial for overall wellbeing. One of its biggest strengths is its superior absorption and bioavailability compared to other magnesium supplements, which means the body can utilise it more effectively. It is also notably gentle on the stomach, making it a great option for those who may experience digestive discomfort with other forms of magnesium.

I've written about this before and had no response. The RYM Sleep is effective, but the capsules are too large for elderly people to swallow. Personally I undo them and mix the contents with warm water, but no idea if this damages the medication.

From what I have experienced so far with this brand, I am super impressed with both the integrity and intelligence of the formulas as well as the customer service.

As a practitioner I really value these solid formulas..this is a company which have taken time to really build a strong foundation rather than introducing a massive range. Yet the range they have is fully comprehensive and so relevent to today’s lifestyle and requirements.

Feedback from others I’ve recommended the sleep formula to has been that it’s the most effective formula they have tried.

Note that the price points are also very good value.

Previously, I was taking ashwagandha from RYM. Ashwagandha is one of the gems of Ayurveda, and RYM brought one of the finest and purest ashwagandha to the market. This time, I tried Focus and Memory. I am taking it two times a day. I can feel the effects within a month. I can concentrate better on my work and studies. I am feeling that my productivity has increased, and my sleep has gotten better.
Product delivery was very quick.

However I was specting for a good quality product I have to recognize I got a much better quality than spected for its price. Highly recommend.... and taste not bad

Excellent product and great customer service

The Sleep product works well for myself and my son and it arrived promptly and in good condition. However it worries me that R.Y.M is not using sustainable packaging inside the box to protect. Otherwise I would give a 5 star rating

I have been started taking the RYM Nutrition's Sleep, Rest and restore since last two weeks and believe me it's definitely worth a try if you feel you have disturbed sleep and decreasing energy levels to start the day due to less sleep, it helps set up your sleep cycle so well that I feel I am coming back to deep sleep pattern again and I am much energetic with no pain/itchiness in my eyes in the morning because of less sleep. Definitely a life changer for mums like me, highly recommend 😊

The products are effective and cost efficient . They are very natural and I have no side effects from them. For starting I purchased 2 products including Ashwagandha and they are the best quality among I have purchased till date. It’s hard to find authentic natural and organic products here, but RYM Nutrition is doing great service to help bridge the gap.

I tried Brain Formula Multi Vitamin from R.Y.M.
