Quality products, excellent service & quick delivery. Have I missed anything? Possibly but you get the point...

I received a print with the image visibly cropped. The printing error was obvious, yet the order was still sent out. For a company that claims to carefully inspect all orders, especially on premium-quality paper, this is extremely disappointing.

What is even more concerning is that I opened a support ticket regarding this printing defect, and 48 hours later I still have not received any response. The customer service has been very poor.

Cela concerne ma commande de 3 toiles photo.
La plus grande, 120x80 fut reçue seule, très rapidement, expédiée par transporteur privé.
Emballage carton en parfait état et évidemment, idem pour la toile.
Les 2 autres toiles, 90x60 et 75x50, ont été reçues quelques jours plus tard, livrées en colissimo par la poste française.
État déplorable des cartons d’emballage : un trou large d’une dizaine de cms sur une face et tous les angles écrasés voire arrachés.
Espérant que les cartons avaient malgré tout protégé le contenu, j’ai pris le risque de ne pas refuser les colis, mais j’ai simplement émis des réserves.
Heureusement, les toiles étaient en bon état.
Sinon, je suis satisfait de leur qualité.
Rendu conforme à l’original sur mon écran.
Un seul regret : contrairement aux autres, la toile 90x60 est pliée aux angles sur les côtés verticaux donc latéraux.
On voit ainsi clairement les pliages.
Ce qui n’est pas le cas pour les 2 autres toiles dont les pliages aux angles sont au-dessus et au-dessous.
Enfin, je souhaiterais recevoir vos news letters en français si c’est possible.

Easy to use tools and the delivery was perfect!

Very good quality, nice and easy way to choose the paper and select the photos. Very fast processing. Price is fair. I am very happy with the result.

I made and ordered a Fotobook with all moments of the last year. It turned out to be quite a big book but even so the quality is impeccable.
Love the paper and the printing quality.

Everything works great from the beginning to the end. The software is great, the photo books have high quality and (especially this time) the delivery time was excellent. The price is fair for that kind o quality. With vouchers it can turn out to be fine. Highly, highly recommended.

Me esperaba otra cosa. El photobook ha llegado y las hojas no han llegado planas, están arrugadas. Algunas imagenes salen borrosas cuando en el editor salían con buena calidad.

I am writing to express a serious concern regarding my recent order (Order No. 802601200658135), which included two photo books, one of which was intended to be a Black & White photo book.

Order details of the concerned item:

1 × 21 × 28 Photo Book

Photo paper: Matte

84 pages

SRI project

Intended output: Black & White

While the layout and PDF preview created in your application clearly appeared as Black & White, the final printed book received by my client in France has been produced in grey tones, not true Black & White. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the final output, as it does not meet the expected contrast and depth required for a BW photo book.

I understand that I did not provide any additional or special instruction specifying “print as true Black & White.” However, since the entire project was designed and uploaded as a Black & White book, I assumed this would be clearly understood during production.

This issue is of serious concern to me, especially as the book was delivered directly to my client. I would appreciate your guidance on the following points:

How should BW projects be specifically marked or instructed in the future to ensure true Black & White printing?

Are there any recommended settings or workflow steps from my end to avoid this issue going forward?

Please note that my intention is not to place blame, but to clearly understand the correct process so that I can take responsibility and ensure flawless results in future orders.

I look forward to your clarification and support on this matter.

The software was horroble

Maybe make a 3D model when someone puts a photo on a cussion, then you can see better how it would turn out te be on as cussion.
And if you recommend different types of fabric for cussions, maybe also show like a 3D model to really see the difference. Besides that great print and had no problem with the delivery!

Good quality ot the books and the print. Love to capture the moments in photo books. It's nice that you can create your own style of the book and add whatever your fantasy brings - pictures, text, emojis etc. The process of printing and delivering is less than a week. Love to look at the albums in time and relive the moments.
