AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Absolutely horrible experience very smooth going out but on return we called when we got our luggage and was told they would be there within an hour this I thought was bad but more to come after 2 hours and 23 calls they finally arrived the lies they told me on the calls and the rudeness of the operator was unbelievable there were also many other customers in the same situation as ourselves PLEASE PLEASE don't book with this company extremely poor organised

I am a practicing solicitor who had used this company without reading the trust pilot reviews. The third party website stated they had highly rated reviews and nothing about them driving the customers vehicles and damaging it, leaving it dirty and fuel all used up.

They returned my car damaged, extremely dirty and low on fuel. The car also has weird sounds when I drive it now.

The employees were very rude and the phone number is just someone’s private 07 phone number.

Initially I thought maybe they will resolve the issue without me needing to take legal action. However, after reading these reviews, it seems they do not resolve customer complaints nor learn from them.

Pre-action protocol procedures will be followed, if damage to my vehicle is not resolved - proceedings will be issued in the small claims court against SAFE MEET AND GREET LIMITED

The service is unreliable and not worth paying for. On arrival you drop your car off at the Orange car park and you have to pay the entry fee to rhe car park, £13.50. On departure they were late by 1hour 40minutes in returning the car. Upon return they leave you with the ticket to pay the exit fee, another £13.50. Best to park your car and get the shuttle.

Awful awful awful. Very unofficial dropping off- to the point where I was unsure if I was actually going to get my car back.
Then i was told 50 min wait time and it ended up being 2 hours with constant promises of it being soon and my car being next. This was from Stansted airport. Avoid!!!

If you want your car, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
I left my car with this company, on pick up, I called the company to inform them I had landed, they said half hr. I waited half hr until I saw someone to ask and firstly he said he doesn't manage the orange car park, until he said oh no update on your car?
Then I asked for his name and he refused to give it, so I took a picture. They have now said they will be withholding my car!!
Absolutely shit show of a company with ZERO organisation, rude staff members.

ZERO STARS! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Or the company named 'easy meet and greet'. They didn't answer the phone when we dropped the car and them refused to pay the subsequent car park fine. Didn't reply to any emails or phone calls. Worst company ever. Do not use. They are under investigation.

Extremely poor experience with Safe Meet and Greet. They were late picking up my car, which was already unacceptable, but the situation was made far worse by the drop-off being over two hours late.

There was a complete lack of communication throughout. I was not kept informed at any point and had to repeatedly chase for updates, only to receive vague, dismissive responses. It gave the impression of a company with little regard for its customers or their time.

For a service that people rely on for convenience and reliability, this was a complete failure. Basic expectations such as punctuality, organisation, and clear communication were simply not met. The delays caused significant inconvenience and unnecessary stress, turning what should have been a straightforward service into a frustrating ordeal.

Overall, the service was highly unprofessional and poorly managed from start to finish. I would not trust this company again under any circumstances and would strongly warn others to avoid using Safe Meet and Greet.

BUNCH OF COWBOYS!!!!

The worse company I have ever dealt with. Could not get hold of them 2 days, when I called to collect my car I was told it would be an hour and I called them 11 times before they would answer, I then saw my car hurtling down the road in excess of the speed limit, through the car park like a rally track, when I mentioned this too the driver he smiled and walked off. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Drop off was ok. I didn’t realise I had to pay the car park ticket both ways - so another £26 on top of charge.
Arrival pick up was awful. Had to wait 45 mins, car driver was rude, did not come to the area A-E as per email instructions, he stiffed the ticket in my husbands hoodie and walked off. Luckily he was calling me so I have the evidence as a voicemail. I am going to report this company. It was late, freezing cold - and the comparison site should really not be directing customers to this company.

Zero stars!! The booking process was relatively easy and the driver was there to meet us on arrival, however, on return, we exited Arrivals at 11.27pm and phoned the number as arranged. The response was that they were very busy and to meet the driver in an hour in the Orange section. I was a little outraged at this as I said the guy, I had booked a Meet and Greet, not a Wait and Greet! He apologised and repeated they were busy. I phoned again after 45 minutes to be told he would be there soon, I asked how soon? he said 35 minutes! there were several of these discussions and phone calls and eventually had the car returned after 2 hours standing in the cold until 1.21 in the morning! We chatted to other couples there and the story, without exception, was the same - all between 2 - 3 hours wait! It's a con - find somewhere else - or try long stay - you will definitely get home more quickly and less frustrated. This outfit is just a bunch of cowboys!

I had my sunglasses stolen out of my car, I tried to complain and their email address just bounces back and no one picks up the phone. AVOID AVOID

They trade through service providers under different names, such as swift meet and greet in Stansted.
No real receipt at vehicle collection, difficult to get hold of, very late, fundamentally understaffed and not managed.
Costs become higher than mid stay from the airport parking as they don't explain you need to pay airport access charges twice.

Abhorrent. DO NOT USE!!! I had two children under 4 with me and it was already late for them. When I called, they said it would be an hour wait “because it was busy” not the suggested “within 30mins”. I then called after an hour and they said it would be 5 mins so we went out to wait (in the dark and pouring with rain). We waited 20 mins then called again, they said 2 mins and it was another 25 min wait until a very rude man with a hoodie drove recklessly up to the meet and greet point, parking in the middle of the road and shouting. We were handed what we later discovered was a fake ticket for a different number plate. Also you have to pay additional car park fees of £20. It is awful that this company is coming up on comparison websites- they should be blacklisted!!!!!!

SCAM! ILLEGAL COMPANY!! I am begging anyone who has already used these people to lodge a complaint to citizens advice, who then forward onto trading standards!!
I had exactly the same experience, they told us some bs about the drivers being on strike and they would send someone to collect us, after finding many others who said they've been waiting hours, no one is coming, we got an Uber with another couple to the postcode we were given by a random guy standing around looking shifty, only to find all of the cars with windows down, engines running with lights on in the middle of a swampy field, massive holes and just mud, in the middle of nowhere, no security, in the middle of the night, we were genuinely sharing our location not knowing what we were walking into!! Dodgiest experience Ive ever had!!
Essentially we could have picked any car to drive away at that point as when we pointed at ours the guy just went oh there you go then! God knows how long the engines would've been going had we waited at the airport!!

While trying to contact them (around 50-60 calls unanswered) they answered once to spin the drivers on strike bulls*** and then cut that number off, it no longer works. The website has disappeared, and the email bounces back as not in use.... All of these things though has allowed me to pull a chargeback through my bank and got a refund!! I urge anyone else to do the same, if everyone just shrugs it off and moves on they will just keep going!! They are not a legit company at all and in no way affiliated with Stansted!

Omg! Stay away! What a load of rubbish these people are. Here are the reasons:
1) additional £20 charges at the orange car park which is not mentioned before
2) I called 24 times before somebody picked up for my car to be delivered
3) I have been told to wait 1h20min for my car to be delivered. And I landed midnight and I had my 5 year old with me
4) I had to get an uber to drop me to the location to pick up my car ( £40 paid) and it was parked in the worst location , concrete full of pathholes and no lighting. The cab driver was waiting for me to get inside my car safely. Btw my car was switched on and in the middle of this field, without supervision! everyone could have stolen it
5) Nobody to talk to now or complain as the website is not working

Not a good experience. Thought we were booking meet & greet but it was a company of a similar name. We were not allowed through the barrier initially as our reg number was not recognised, despite ringing 30 mins prior to our arrival. Waited 7 mins there. After calling the company we were let through. Had concerns as we were asked to park up at the side of the car park and not in a designated space. Had to pay £10 to allow them to drive the car from the airport. On our return we had to wait 1 hour for the car to be returned and to pay another £10 to leave the car park. The carpet in both the driver and passenger footwells were filthy, muddy footprints. Would not use them again.

Absolutely disgusted at having paid and then having to pay an additional £20 for the car park! And have the pleasure of waiting an hour for them to drop my car to me when I returned.
The guys who brought the car back and forth were courteous enough so I can’t blame them.
Use the official meet and greet not these cowboys!
