Car was damaged on collection, door handle had been pulled off. Email is invalid and every time I called call was cut off! Please avoid this horrendous service!

Had to wait c.1 hour for car. Was not delivered to advertised area of car park so had to go find. Car was dirty. Passenger seat had been adjusted for some reason. Hard avoid.

Please do not use. You will pay £10 on Entry and £10 on exit on top of the fee then on your return you wait for over 1 hour for your car. With the excuse of low on drivers. Completely unacceptable. It’s a rip off and a scam

I ended up paying 325 pounds on top of 75 to take my car out Stanstead orange parking last Tuesday night.
because they never take my car out from airport car park.

Not safe and they don't come meet or greet you. Don't waste your money and avoid unnecessary stress at the end of of your holiday.

Booked the meet and greet at Stansted Airport. Nearly missed my flight heading out as they were late; then when I returned had to get a £35 taxi after an hour of waiting—this was at 1am in the morning. Found car in a field with a load of other cars with engine on, window down and keys in ignition. Anyone could have stolen it

A lot of the uber drivers at the airport were telling us that they’re constantly driving people to this field. Make of that what you will

Lied to by staff on return. Told 40 minutes to wait from call which should have been 30 minutes. After 40 minutes called and then told another 15 mins, waited another 15 mins then called again and told another 10 mins which was actually nearly 20 mins more.!!! 75 mins waiting in the cold and rain. No care for customer service or updates. I was told it was a traffic issue when I know for a fact the roads were clear.

I will never use the service again. I strongly advise against using this company. They lie and customer care is of little importance to them.

Update: email address given on booking for complaints doesn’t not work. I have had 5 bounce banks now. Info @ safemeetandgreet .co .uk <- Does not work!

DO NOT BOOK WITH ANYTHING UNDER THE NAMES OF, ‘Saver Meet & Greet, Safe Meet & Greet, Smart Meet & Greet, Go Stansted, Executive Meet & Greet and Swift Meet and Greet’ I can confirm they use multiple names and are NOT insured to be driving your car. I had an absolutely appalling experience. When we arrived, the person on the other end of the phone was disgustingly rude when I was confused as to why I needed to pay extra fees. They get you to meet at a car park in Stanstead by the terminal, this is not where your car is parked. It is parked in places that are not approved for parking and they have received many complaints from local residents reporting people’s cars were parked on the sides of the road down peoples streets - understandable because if I was a resident I would not be happy with this either. When we arrived back in Stanstead it took me and my partner an hour and a half to even get through and we were waiting in the freezing cold for 2 hours. They did not bring me my car in fact they told me only I could come in their car with other drivers waiting to collect their cars too. This car had no indication of being a taxi service. No number, nothing. The seatbelts in the back were inoperable and had no clips or no seatbelts at all. The car was filthy. When I was dropped to my car, the car was on with my key inside unlocked and nothing was said we were just dropped off and no communication was had. Absolutely disgusting behaviour.

If I could leave ZERO stars then I would. Arrived on time, and was kept waiting for an additional 45 minutes.

Why did I not read the reviews. THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE EVER. TOTAL AND UTTER RUBBISH. Please don’t use this company.

Absolutely disgusting company, do not use them. We arrived at airport at 9.30pm when we contacted them we were told they had a drivers strike and were taking longer to bring the car back. After 1 hour and 20 minutes of waiting, trying to call and having the phone and messages ignored, asking for the postcode to collect the car ourselves without luck the company finally sent a taxi to collect the drivers of cars only. So four women had to get in the car and were taken to a disgusting site full of massive potholes and water logged. The staff at Stansted airport kindly took a further group of 7 there to collect cars to. No sorry, no compensation in fact the man seemed to be getting frustrated that we were calling for updates. So two hours after landing we finally got the car back. This is definitely not an easy option, we would have been better off parking ourselves and staying on site. This awful company are nothing to do with Stansted Airport and really cannot be trusted.

Late return of car despite following process of calling in arrival to airport. Chaotic process on arrival at airport. Very bad service.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY . Parked for Stansted, they don't give clear instruction for starters . They wasn't there on arrival . On pick up , they told us 35 minutes. An hour later after multiple calls and being told 5 minutes etc .

Car eventually turns up , a headlight gone (light bulb ) perfectly fine on drop off . Obviously this could be just one of them things but the driver was EXTREMELY rude ! In a aggressive tone .

Milage bumped up a bit too... Not sure exactly where they park the cars??

Do not recommend!!! Just pay for parking yourself in Stansted parking.

Oh and also it cost you £10 to go in the carpark and £10 to leave .... They don't tell you about this .

I had a very disappointing experience with this long-stay parking company. We followed instructions and called 30 minutes before arriving, but still had to wait another 30 minutes for someone to collect the keys. It left us stressed and rushing to make our flight, which is unacceptable when you’ve planned ahead.

The return was even worse. After getting back, we waited 75 minutes for our car. We stood in the orange parking area as instructed, only to be told to walk to the blue parking area with all our luggage in the cold. We refused, and only then did they finally bring the car over.

Overall, the service was slow, disorganized, and frustrating. I would not use this company again.

We should looked at these reviews first before booking parking with them.
Firstly, the name is confusing; meet and greet - this is a name of the parking company purposely confuse you that you will drop and pick car at the Stansted aiport which name is excatly the same "meet & greet".
You have to go to orange zone parking pay, 2 x times extra £10 and it comes more expensive than booking car park at the aiport with 5mins walk to the terminal!

Secondly, the service, guys are very unkind, careless. We were with 2years old, we called them that we arrived almost and the guy said to go to orange parking which is absolutely full with cars, it takes lots of time to find a space. After we finally found the space, we called again and the guy said that we have to go to section J - K , so we assumed we need to move the car, we parked at M.
There was a guy on the car park, not even wearing the company's outfit, just black clothets and yellow vest.
He was not very communicative.
We paid extra £10 orange carpark fee.
Thirdly, once we have arrived back to the UK, we called after we passed security, they guy said 50mins, where it should be 30mins. After 45mins, we called, and the guy said (not in very nice way, not even apologetically) that it will take 30mins more!!!
We were boiling, we were there with little child, they knew our flight hours.
I cannot find any reasonable excuse for this poor service.
We are going to seek refund for mis represantation and breach.

I am another one who should have read the reviews, this company is terrible, nearly missed our flight on Friday, had to pay an extra £18 for their lateness in collecting the car and made us wait nearly an hour when we got back. Run by a guy called Muhamaad Saqib in Slough this company has no accounts and not a clue what they are doing, they really should not be allowed and I plan to take this further

Just got home to fine saying I drove out of Stansted Airport at 23.29 when I left my car with safe meet & greet that day at 0600 so NOT HAPPY no website to get to hold of them or office number ? keep well, away ???

Do not use! We were told that it would be a 25 minute wait for our car but they left us in the rain in the early hours of the morning with 2 small children for nearly 1.5 hours. They lied every time I rang up find out where my car was (thats when they decided to actually answer their calls). Avoid at all costs. If No apology, don’t use

Awful Awful Awful !!! Waited an hour for our car for our 2hr ongoing journey. Meet and Greet ? Absolute joke. Blamed “airport delays” Hello !!! You’re running a meet and greet business. Delays happen every day. These should be factored in or why do they ask for your flight details when booking ? Absolute cowboys. DO NOT USE THEM
The only reason I’ve given one star is cos you can’t put zero star !!!

AVOID! Absolute shambles of a company. I booked the park and ride but when I called 30 mins before we got to the airport ,I was told to drive straight to the airport ,I was not told once that I would have to pay an extra £10. When we returned, I called straight away and there was only ONE number to call and the guy had left his phone in someone else's car! After 30 mins he had retrieved it and we were told 40 mins wait, and he had not heard of park and ride and I would have to pay another £10 for the carpark, but by this time we were out the airport in the freezing cold rain. After 40 mins I called again to be told another 15 mins wait called again after 15 mins to be told 5 mins wait. Eventually the car was dropped off but did seem lower on the fuel. I have tried to email the company but the email address just pings back.
