The support team has been amazing. I have had a SafeSleeve case for several years and love it. My wife has one too and encouraged me to buy mine. Recently I ordered a new one and mistakenly ordered the wrong size. SafeSleeve sent me the correct size, no questions asked and no hassle.! Kristen was especially helpful.

I emailed to follow up on an issue I had with my phone case & customer service responded to deal with my issue. Gilbert was friendly & helpful, ensuring that my issue was resolved before he closed the case. The products work & I've been using them for years. I appreciate that they care about responding to their customers & resolving problems.

I love the case with the detachable phone case. Customer service was quick and satisfactory when I had a minor defect issue. I would recommend the product to anyone.

Kristel David was very clear with her response back to me and was very helpful with the replacement of my Iphone case that has started to tear on the latch piece. I really appreciate customer service like the service provided by Kristel.

The cases are well made and the one with the detachable cover is probably the way to go for convenience. I ordered the other two styles for my iPhone and neither worked out for me.
It was fairly easy to do the return. I had to send an email to confirm that I wanted a refund, not an exchange. My refund appeared shortly after that. Customer service is fine; no major complaints.

I ordered wrong case had to email them they always return my messages and I got the right one. Waiting on credit for the return one. But I’m sure it will come though. This is my second case and they are great!

We are customers of SafeSleeve because we like the protection our phones have which give us peace of mind. Recently I wanted to get headphones because I walk in the morning and thought of SafeSleeve. So I ordered them and when they arrived the left side wasn’t working. I went to their site and had a chat with a Joann. She asked me what the problem was and when I told her before I knew it a new pair was being shipped! I am as happy with their customer service as I am with their products. The new ones were delivered and work perfectly! Thank you SsfeSleeve!

My husband ordered me the wrong phone case. Safe Sleeve was very responsive is responding to my need to exchange and we got it all sorted out. The only reason I didn't go w/five stars is that it took a very long time to get the new case to me. But, otherwise, all good. Love the case and the protection it provides. Thank you.

I have purchased SafeSleeve cases for me and everyone in my family. They work in blocking EMFs. I’ve used a EMF detector and held it against the phone when the safe sleeve case was closed and the EMF detector showed a complete drop in the harmful EMFs. I highly recommend!!!

The phone case is very poor quality just over 3 months use during which time it was not I used regularly -it fell apart , the eyerings dropped out

I returned the safesleeve one day after I received it. It was refused and sent back to me.
I cannot get a straight answer from them.

Case is falling apart after less than 1 year.

Terrible product. Not only did my case fall apart after 2 months use, the whole back of my phone shattered. I have no idea what level of radiation protection these cases actually provide. From what I’ve read, it’s negligible. But they do not protect your phone from damage and they do not hold up. I have done better with $20 cases from Amazon. Do not recommend.

The universal cell phone case is completely overpriced at $50. It has the weakest magnetic clasp that I have ever come across in a wallet cell phone case. The description says that it can accommodate phones up to half an inch thick. This is not true unless you are willing to only use the case without any of the wallet functionality such as carrying credit cards or cash in the wallet, which defeats the purpose of having a wallet case.
I only purchased this wallet case because I needed a universal case for a phone that does not yet have a sized wallet case available for sale anywhere else. I've had $8 wallet cases of better quality, and deeply regret not trying harder to find another universal wallet case.
Safe sleeve does not allow any returns for universal wallets. No surprise there since people would be returning them all the time.

Please do not buy from this company especially for international orders. I didn't receive my delivery even after UPS says they delivered it. Nor did I receive any decent customer service after I reached out with several emails, informing them of the situation.Very disappointed. What a waste of $73! Avoid Avoid Avoid

I like the phone case - I believe that it does block radiation... However, I've had my case now for 8 months and it has broken. The section that protects my iPhone's cameras has come off - so now the cameras don't have a shock protection.

This piece around the cameras just popped off and even with super glue I couldn't get it to fit back in snugly.

I contacted support - but they say the warrantee is only for 60 days. They did offer that I can replace it if I paid $20USD for postage - but I am hesitant to get the same case again, I don't want to create waste and I don't trust that this new one won't just break again (as it seems to be a design flaw).

I returned a phone case to exchange it for the correct phone size, paid for the shipping just for the company to never respond back to me or send me my replacement. On the tracking it showed the case I sent was delivered around October 1st but they never sent me the case I was suppose to receive back. I've emailed them multiple times over the past two months and still have never got a response. My family has bought a lot of merchandise from this company but the customer service is horrible!!! I’ve lost 80$ over a phone case I don’t even have. Never in my life has this happened to me. I would not recommend this company. My family and I will no longer be buying from them.

I purchased my iPhone case for my iPhone14 S and was sent the iPhone 14 Pro MAXX. I emailed the company as the link provided through Instagram came up "something went wrong, try again later". I should have known then. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! I'm our $60 and am not sure what to do. Possibly the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU?? A DEFINITE SCAM!

I would have given them no stars, but I decided to give them one star because they eventually issued a credit card refund. The box says that it fits the IPhone 16 ProMax, but it does not! It was a cheap plastic case that I would have returned anyway.
Requested return the same day that I purchased. I had to dispute with credit card provider, but finally received credit today.

Don’t waste your money!
