This company sent the wrong iPhone case. Now they do not respond. Requesting a refund.i sent several emails to the company for a week and no response. I have read all the reviews and I don’t understand why they get 5 stars for great customer service, that’s a lie.
Do Not Purchase From This Company! I’m in process of getting a refund through my credit card company.

Excellent service. I bought 3 products and one was faulty and they were super fast with their communication and resolved the issue in a really consumer focused way. The products are very high quality and I would highly recommend them. I will be buying from them again ….

I bought a red sleeve case for my phone, and it looks great. When I ordered from safesleevecases.com, I didn't realize my email filters weren't properly set up. When the company asked me for some info, I didn't get the message and didn't know why my product hadn't arrived. I entered a dispute with PayPal. Finally SafeSleeve mailed my item and I resolved the dispute. I apologize to SafeSleeve for giving them some unnecessary grief, but they were reasonable about it. Thank you for the phone case. I would buy from them again, but I haven't had any need for that type of thing lately.

Just a disclaimer: I keep my phone beside my desk, and don't usually go outside with it. The case doesn't get much abuse, and I've even put it and the phone inside a waterproof bag. I've gotten tired over the years of damaging my electronic items with abuse and water. So my case is holding up fine for what I put it through, which is very little.

The adhesive to keep my phone in the case melted all over my phone. When I sent their customer service an email with a photo of the melted adhesive, they denied my request for a refund and instead offered a replacement if I paid shipping. Super insulting and a bummer to pay so much for a shoddy case.

Paid £60 for this safesleeve, terrible for the price. My phone fell out and broke , cost us £200 to have it repaired. Emailed customer service they were not interested. We have a £60 phone case that is useless and a bill for a broken phone. Do not buy this junk. They have since added a case inside the case because of the poor sticky tape. Since bought a different case that is better made.
