Brilliant course

The conflict management course was very interesting. Jon was great and let everyone speak and answer questions. We were provided with lots of useful information and tips to take away with us.

Good and informative

Glyn did a fantastic job, teaching us all about conflict and how to manage it. Explained to us about if we had an accident , how to report it and use of self safety personal protective device.
