Leider sehr enttäuschend

Meine erste Bestellung über 206,55 € bestand nahezu vollständig aus frischen Fleisch- und Wurstwaren. Leider habe ich bei der Bestellung übersehen, dass die von mir gewählte Versandart mit „NICHT FÜR Frischfleisch“ gekennzeichnet war. Das räume ich ausdrücklich ein.

Trotzdem verstehe ich nicht, warum ein Fachhändler diese Versandart überhaupt zulässt, wenn sich Frischfleisch im Warenkorb befindet, und die Bestellung anschließend ohne Rückfrage auf diesem Weg versendet.

Besonders befremdlich fand ich die Reaktion auf meine Reklamation: Weil die Vakuumverpackungen äußerlich intakt seien und das Fleisch auf den Fotos gut aussehe, gehe man davon aus, dass die Ware „einwandfrei“ sei, und hoffe, dass wir sie „in Ruhe genießen“ könnten.

Bei frischem Fleisch halte ich eine solche Aussage nach einem Transport ohne geeigneten Frischfleischversand für äußerst problematisch. Ob Fleisch mikrobiologisch noch einwandfrei ist, lässt sich schließlich nicht anhand eines Fotos oder einer intakten Vakuumverpackung beurteilen. Für uns ist die sichere Kühlung nicht mehr nachvollziehbar – deshalb werden wir die Ware nicht verzehren und im Zweifel entsorgen.

Trotz meiner Reklamation wurde eine Erstattung, Ersatzlieferung oder auch nur eine Kulanzlösung vollständig abgelehnt.

Ich habe mich sehr auf die Bestellung gefreut und finde es ausgesprochen schade, Lebensmittel in diesem Wert entsorgen zu müssen. Bei einer ersten Bestellung über 200 € hätte ich mir zumindest etwas Entgegenkommen und vor allem einen verantwortungsvolleren Umgang mit der Frage der Lebensmittelsicherheit gewünscht.

Für mich war es leider die erste und letzte Bestellung.

I have ordered Fiorentina stake for 100 euro. It never comes. I contacted them and revived sn email from La Taverna de Castello the told me UPS lost my package. OK. But after that the didn't re send or refund. Also they stop answering my emails.

We ordered 75 pcs of Lonzino to raise funds, we are a relief organisation. We encountered a lot of problems with the UPS delivery. A major part of the problems we experienced are due to malperformance by Salumeria Toscana.

1) They shipped too late, not on the date we discussed before.
2) They left us swimming and guessing in the delivery proces, which was of course too late. Because of that we had to buy an alternative, leading to a € 1000,- loss.
3) When the package finally arrived, they advised us to accept it under protest. They promised to send a return label to send the shipment back and get a refund. They advised us not the refuse the shipment. We did that and asked for the return label many many times by app and phone. No reply at all, none whatsoever. Although there was a clear promise/ agreement.
4) One of the pieces of meat was overdue when we received it (expiry date).
5) Three pieces of meat were not properly packed, they were not fit for consumption.

We can only advise: Do not buy from this company. They deliver poor quality, provide inferior service and do not keep promises! Resulting in a loss of € 1000,- for a relief organisation that helps local citizens requiring support.

Una delusione dietro l'altra.... ho acquistato dei prodotti me ne hanno inviato di simili e di un'altra salumeria dove costavano anche di meno!!!! Spero mi rispondano alle mail...altrimenti priocedo con l'avvocato anche per 30 euro!!!

28.99 pour soit disant un en envoi réfrigéré ( le plus cher du site ).
et viande arrivé a température ambiante âpres 3 jours de camion .....

J'ai passé et payé une commande de 288 euros de charcuteries et fromages chez "Salumeria Toscana". J'ai reçu mon colis quelques jours plus tard mais...il manquait 3 produits, pour un total de 51 euros! J'ai désuite envoyé un mail. Aucunes réponse...j'ai attendu 3 jours pour renvoyer un autre mail, toujours pas de réponse....J'ai renvoyé un troisième mail! et non, la maison Salumeria Toscana ne répond pas! il n'y a pas d'erreur de mail et rien dans mes spams...Juste Salumeria s'en moque! C'est insupportable et tellement malhonnête!! Ne commandez jamais chez eux!!
