Non hanno mandato il ordine corretto, e non mi hanno dato risposta né telefonicamente né per la mail.

Very good authentic products from Tuscany. However products were delivered weeks after the purchase was made. I emailed Passione Toscana to ask for a status update regarding my order but no answer was given. The guanciale was sold at 22 euro per 500gr, but the label showed the effective weight was just 375gr. Happy with the products but disappointed with the service overall.

Pasta is amazing. Cheese didn’t make the trip to Arizona (1 week in customs). I emailed the company about the cheese and didn’t hear back. I hope I can buy cheese in the future… but definitely can’t unless the way it’s handled in shipping is improved. Cheese won’t last a week on two ice packs. FYI - you will also pay a Duty charge in customs.

Fast shipping and I’m in CA, US. Noodles don’t hurt my stomach at all! I just have to figure out how to cook the rice now. I can’t read Italian lol

Die Ware ist vorzüglich. Allerdings sieht die gelieferte Ware nicht so aus, wie jene der im WebShop angegeben/abgebildeten. Es ist nicht erkennbar, dass beim Käse nur eine Ecke geliefert wird, aber im Shop ein Laib. Wie schwer dieser Laib ist kann man nicht erkennen, auch wenn die gelieferte Ware vom Gewicht her dem Angebot entspricht. Ähnlich verhält es sich mit den Würstchen.

Wish - orders were processed faster, in this case I waited three weeks.
But the products are worth it, I will order again.

After watching a spokesperson on instagram talk about the beautifully crafted gift box that comes in with wine, truffle honey and cheese, I went to the website to order a box. What I got in was none of the above. I emailed them and was told to read the fine print. So a spokesperson says one thing and the only way to order is by taking a chance on what will come in. A few jars but nothing I wanted. This seems fraudulent to me. I ask them to make this right and they refused to help in the least. I will never buy from this company again. Bad business ,stay away!

La livraison a été retardée et avoir de l information etait presque impossible. RECU aujourd'hui ma commande donc il aura fallu 1 mois....

We placed an order with Passione Toscana over a month ago and have yet to receive anything. There has been no update, no delivery, and no explanation for the delay.

What’s even more frustrating is that they are completely unresponsive. We’ve tried contacting them multiple times by both phone and email, but We haven’t received any reply at all.

This lack of communication and failure to fulfill orders is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. I would not recommend ordering from them based on my experience.

Mit Ihren Produkten bin ich sehr zufrieden. Ich habe die Mühle 2025 mit Studiosus besucht. Ihr Konzept hat mich überzeugt seither esse ich nur Ihre Pasta. Bisher hat auch alles perfekt geklappt. Doch mit dem Paketdienst von GLS funktioniert das nicht.
Der Paketbote hat obwohl ich zu Haus war nicht bei mir geklingelt. Er ist offenbar gleich weiter gefahren. Dies ist nicht das erste mal so geschehen. auch alle meine Nachbarn haben ähnlich Erfahrungen gemacht. Dazu kommt noch, dass GLS zwei Paketshops hier hat und man keinen Hinweis bekommt wo das Paket hinterlegt wurde. Man muss erst mühsam nachforschen wo das Paket ist. Ich werde nichts mehr bei Ihnen bestelle so lange Sie mit GLS verschicken.

Vi ho già comunicato il mio parere riguardo a quanto acquistato e precisamente che i prodotti sono ottimi, il servizio di consegna è stato eccellente e veloce , il corriere corretto in orario con la consegna e rispettoso della proprietà.

Ho effettuato recentemente un ordine su Passione Toscana e non posso che ritenermi pienamente soddisfatto dell'esperienza. Nonostante un piccolo imprevisto logistico iniziale dovuto alla mancanza di alcuni articoli in magazzino, lo staff mi ha contattato immediatamente con estrema cortesia e professionalità per informarmi del leggero ritardo.
Mi sono state proposte delle alternative anche di valore superiore per i prodotti mancanti, e abbiamo concordato insieme una soluzione mista tra sostituzioni e attesa del riassortimento, il tutto senza alcun costo aggiuntivo e con la massima trasparenza.
La merce è stata consegnata proprio stamattina, esattamente come concordato nelle email, rispettando perfettamente le tempistiche previste per il rientro dei prodotti mancanti. La serietà di questa azienda è encomiabile: gestiscono ogni situazione con grande attenzione verso il cliente. Consiglio vivamente questo portale a chiunque cerchi eccellenze toscane e un servizio post-vendita davvero affidabile. Tornerò sicuramente ad acquistare da voi!.

Ordinato ieri, ricevuto oggi. Confezione idonea per la conservazione durante il trasporto. Non ho ancora avuto il piacere di assaggiare i prodotti ma sono più che sicuro della loro bontà visto la serietà dell'azienda. Da consigliare ad amici e conoscenti.

The only cheese I buy! Perfect delivery to Connecticut as always. Super recommended

Passione Toscana is a fraud and nothing but trouble. Days after my order, I was contacted by USA Customs because PT had incorrectly filed export/import papers. Then my order was shipped to an incorrect address. My address is correct on the PT website, but someone at PT shipped everything to the wrong. This shipment took 14 days to arrive. Cookies/pastries were damaged & powdery, and the cheese was spoiled, leaking & slimy. I contacted the company several times about these problems, including photos of the damage. Ultimately, they told me nothing was wrong with the products. Instead, they offered me a 15% discount in the future.
I submit that this company fraudulently advertises, and has no intention of quality logistics or standing behind their products.

the product is good, the logistics poor. There was confusion regarding the shipping of the product. The cost to ship was $36. and still FedEx was pestering me for another $25. Ridiculous!
