Customer Service is amazing!
I ordered a car seat with two bases in the Black Friday sale as there were some great offers on plus extra money off. This was at the end of November and baby is not due until beginning of February, but wanting most things sorted before Christmas. When ordering, the item had a lead time of 7-14 days and this was fine.
I have regularly checked in with customer services when the lead time passed and they have always been super quick to respond and incredibly helpful. I am sure they are now pleased that I have received my items and can leave them alone!
Wrong product sent.
I am extremely disappointed with my recent Toniebox order. When placing the order, the product image clearly showed a pink Toniebox, yet I received a red one. There was no option at checkout to select or change the colour, so I reasonably expected the item to match the image shown.
This was intended to be my daughter’s main Christmas present, and she specifically asked Santa for a pink Toniebox — even underlining it in her letter. Discovering the wrong colour while wrapping presents just days before Christmas has been incredibly upsetting, and I’m now left trying to think of an explanation why Santa “got it wrong.”
This situation could have been easily avoided with clearer product descriptions or a colour selection option. For a children’s gift — especially at Christmas — details like this really matter.
Sadly, this has caused unnecessary stress and disappointment, and I would think twice before ordering again unless this issue is addressed.

No complaints at all
No complaints at all! I ordered a travel system ( pushchair, carry cot, car seat and isofix base) on Black Friday at a good price. although they had back log in terms of shipping, customer services was able to get back to me quickly and provide me with exact dates of when it would be here. It got to me around a week after I ordered it. The product is top quality and I’m very happy with it and excited to use it!
Order Cancelled after weeks - item still listed
I purchased a Cybex Avi Spin Jogging Stroller nearly a month ago, only for the order to be cancelled later due to the item being “unavailable from the supplier”.
Despite this, the exact same item is still listed for sale on the website, which is misleading and very frustrating, especially after waiting weeks for an update.
A very disappointing experience for a high-value baby item. I would not recommend based on this experience.

Wrong colour car seat
I was sent a different colour car seat than was pictured and had to deal with unhelpful support who suggested that products may vary from the images which I can see they have said in other replies to reviews.
That does not met the legal requirement for product accuracy under the consumer rights act as the description AND images must be accurate.
Would not recommend as you may not receive what you order.
Edit after response:
There is nothing inaccurate about my review. We're in agreement that the Eclipse car seat I was sent did not match the images on the site. That is the car seat I purchased and did not receive. I didn't not want or ask for any other version of the seat. The hostility and inability to accept responsibility is wild from a business and customer support staff. I was asked to pay myself to send it back and after a ridiculous back and forth, it was only when I said I would make a complaint to the CCPC was I offered a return.

Excellent service, I would not hesitate to recommend. I ordered a Mammas and Papas pushchair, the customer service and communication was outstanding and it was delivered to England within 48 hours.

Called to check about stock of an item and got speaking to a really friendly man. He assured me the item was in stock. I had checked because it is sold out everywhere else. Ordered and got an extra 5% discount due to a code that pre populated on the website. Item was already discounted for Black Friday week. Free delivery and arrived within 2 days to ROI. Will be using the website again!
Cybex Eos 2-in-1 Pram & Pushchair
I ordered the Cybex Eos 2-in-1 Pram & Pushchair which I found to be a very good deal as no other company gave me such a good price. The website is very easy to use so I had no issue. The delivery was quite fast as I received it two days after I ordered it. I built it to make sure I wasn’t missing anything and everything was perfect. Can’t wait to start using it!
No stock and issues with order arriving
I wouldn't order from this company again as I ordered a travel system at the start of October and it still hadn't arrived by the end of November despite the website saying the item was on stock and I ordered as an express delivery as well assuming I would receive the travel system fairly quickly. I wasn't made aware of any stock delays when placing the order. I chased for an update on my order after a few weeks of waiting and was told the travel system wasn't in stock but that it would be at the start of November and was told the courier was delayed. I still didn't receive anything in November and after chasing again at the end of November, I was told they were getting the stock in on the 4th December. At this point, I had lost any trust in the company and so requested a full refund which was actioned over the phone promptly.
The main issue I have is that I checked the website a few times including the day I cancelled my order and the website says the product is in stock and available so I think anybody ordering from this company needs to be very cautious as had I have been made aware of the stock issue, I wouldn't have placed my order. I also don't understand why they have such a stock issue as I rang up another company and was able to place the order and have the delivery dispatched on the same day and was told even if the product wasn't in stock, they receive new stock weekly so not sure what is going on with this company but I would avoid unless you don't mind waiting months for your order!

OUTSTANDING BUNDLE 5 #
We brought a huge bundle for our new grandchild....my son and daughter knew which mamas and papas system they wanted. They have said they are very pleased and definitely happy.
The store was amazing, the price was a no brainer amazing value for money with additional items that have saved extra.
The delivery was without a doubt so outstanding less than 24hrs to update and dispatch and delivery was within 48 hours to home.
Would strongly recommend others to look here !
