I am a little disappointed, i ordered Roma Teddy XL Umbrella Buggy on the 17th of November for my daughter as a Christmas present, waited for ages to see any updates on when its on the way, decided to contact customer service on the 26th they said it takes 7-14 days for dispatch so i waited another 5 days and still no updates so i contacted them again on the 2nd of December and they said that their only due to be in stock around 10th or 11th of December so i was like okay il wait, i should get it before Christmas, then on the 10th of December i get an email saying that it wont be in stock till spring and that i have been refunded!
The point of this review is that, if YOU Samuel Jonston dont have items in stock, dont let people place orders to avoid disappointment!
It was my first time ordering from this company and am very disappointed, dont think i would order from here again!

Pram arrived as described, perfectly packaged and quick and smooth delivery! Will come back for more baby items as really affordable and quality is amazing!

I couldn’t find anywhere to buy Woody Tonie ,so I was very happy to find Samuel Johnston.Delivery very prompt.Packaging was so secure, thought I was receiving the Crown Jewels.I will be always searching their website in the future should I need to purchase anymore Tonie for my grandson.Would be very confident to recommend Samuel Johnston. Purchased a icandy orange last year - The pushchair unfortunately broke (common issues with the wheels)

I contacted SJ on the 31st if October. It's taken weeks of back and forth (me chasing 90% of the time!)

Finally I got the icandy sent back 6 days ago..SJ told me once I sent it back, I'd be able to order something else or they would credit me, Without the need to wait for icandy, as it's already been some wks.

I spoke to a man in SJ, Who said no one would have said that! Basically calling me a lier! Then I spoke to the man who did say this, To be told I still need to now wait for icandy to credit them before they can credit me! No apology from them for being called a lier!

It's been a frustrating few wks without a pushchair & chasing SJ for updates daily.

I've now given up.

I will never use this company again.

Avoid at all costs. The customer service is shocking.

Excellent customer service. After having a look online I visited their store in Mallusk. They had so many different prams and baby items to view. I was pregnant and looking a travel system. Simon was amazing and so knowledgeable. Let me try out a few prams and talked through options. Eventually decided on a Noordi Fordi. They had pretty much every colour on display so was great to see the pram rather than a tiny square of fabric. I was able to leave this over until closer to my due date. I love my pram. Fast forward about 5 months and I sent my mum and dad down to pick up another pram a Out n About buggy for running and travel, after previously speaking with Nathan on the phone mum and dad headed down the next day to collect. My parents said they had great craic down in the store. Could not recommend enough.

Overcharged by €25, asked for a refund, sent several emails,just ignored me. Product was good, delivery good, but very disappointed about the response to my problem. I had intended to purchase more nursery products.

My wife purchased a baby gym for her friend who is expecting a baby in December, after many weeks of waiting, eventually the item was delivered, however, it was missing a crucial hanging hook to allow the attachments to be hung from it.
My wife emailed the customer service team but unfortunately they have not had the decency to even respond to her.

We have since managed to purchase replacement baby safe parts on Amazon which actually have additional hooks to allow more items to be attached to the gym.

I ordered a Unirider 6 months ago and have been patiently waiting, only to be told now that my order has been cancelled. I'm really disappointed after such a long wait. I've asked if I can pre-order again with some sort of discount for the inconvenience, but it's frustrating to be left without the product after half a year. I hope they address this situation better for future customers.

I could not recommend Samuel Johnston highly enough. We were going on holiday to Spain and were concerned about our tall 3 year old not being in a car seat in taxis and cars whilst there. I had researched many different booster seats before finally coming across one that suited those 100cm tall and upwards (most of the seat only boosters were for 150cm upwards) and miraculously found the 'My Babiie Compact Foldable i-Size Car Seat 100-150cm, 4-12 Years - Black & Grey' on Samuel Johnston. I ordered on a Friday before 2pm and they had it delivered, to my house, in Co. Dublin, by Saturday afternoon. We were so relieved as were going away the following Monday and so had rang SJ to ask did they think it would arrive by then. They went down to the warehouse where it was to be dispatched from and I don't know what they did but it arrived, lightening fast. The product itself was exactly as described and brought us that most treasured of parental feelings, peace of mind. We'd a fantastic holiday and all the taxi drivers we met were extremely impressed with the product too, and said they felt much better about picking us up knowing we had our girl safely strapped in.

Amazing value for the bundle deals they have. I've recommended these to a few of my friends who are expecting. Customer service was brilliant when I made an enquiry regarding my delivery, they informed me of an issue with 1 of the items being out of stock and offered a different item but I wasn't in any rush for my delivery so said I was happy to wait until the one on the offer was back in stock. They said it would be 7 days until it was in stock and then they'd send my order. Received the full order 3 days later. I then placed another order for some Tommee Tippee monitors which were an amazing price and they arrived within a few days of ordering. 100% recommend.

Came in-store to get replacement mattresses for my next baby and they couldn't have been more helpful. They checked the fit to make sure that everything was correct and couldn't have been more helpful. They had plenty of sizes available which was great.
