Sanasty Car Hire Tenerife レビュー

Absolutely brilliant service. No hassle car hire. Brilliant staff. Will always use Sanasty from now on. So easy to deal with.

This is the second time I’ve used sanasty car hire and they have always been a quick easy and cheap option for us. A straight forward system for airport pick up and drop off and wonderful and friendly staff. Just a shame they’re only in Tenerife. If they had a place out in Florida next year. I’d hire from sanasty there too. VW T-Roc convertible was in excellent condition and looked classy and was cheaper than some standard hatchback models from other companies

I have used so many car rental companies across the world, (mainly the well known big guys). I have to say the service we received from Sanasty has been second to none!

Lisa and Andrew went above and beyond for us during their busiest time of year - we knew they were busy but the service we received made us feel like we were their only customers.

Whether a company is big or small it’s the service that’s of upmost importance, that’s what sets you apart. Sanasty keep doing what you’re doing - the big guys could learn a whole lot from you!

Hired a Skoda Kodiaq for a couple of days - great car - Sanasty are easy to deal with, everything is simple - car was clean and with fuel - would highly recommended them

From initial email regarding car pickup/drop off instructions etc. I cannot fault Sanasty (Andrew/Lisa) for such a worry/hassle free experience. Car was faultless (Hybrid Panda) which took us from South Tenerife Airport to our accommodation in the North. Very competitive price and company was always on hand if any problems (thankfully none). Because staying in North, I called up on 2nd day of Holiday and paid for car over phone, which stopped me having to drive back South. Driving License/Passport previously scanned in and sent prior to rental.

Once again, thanks Andrew Lisa for a very pleasant experience!

The team at Sanasty were very helpful organising an auto Seat SUV for 2 days to go see Tiede, Drago and tour the north of the island. High quality rental at an affordable and fair price. They provided a child seat too. Compared to other rental companies we looked at they were cheaper and far more flexible.

Would definitely recommend. Put simply, car was perfect, clean and in excellent condition, service was excellent, efficient and friendly. Would not go anywhere else to hire a car.

Great smooth transaction. Staff were great and the car was in clean and smart condition(we got an ibiza) . Id recommended using Sanasty if you're visiting tenerife. I got to meet Andrew aka Knightstrider from Youtube. Really nice guy and his Tenerife blogs are really helpful whilst in tenerife. Big thanks

Easy to book online great service and great price had a seat ibiza immaculate condition and very clean inside the staff were amazing from the owner of Sanasty downwards to the cleaner, I've got to admit I've never had such a good experience at hiring a car as I've had with Sanasty and price wise so competitive!! Full Mark's Sanasty will definitely be back again

The cars was delivered at time specified and to our hotel Andrew went through all necessary paperwork in double quick time so we could be on our way fantastic service from start to finish thanks again Andrew and sanasty staff the vw tcross did exactly what we needed it for and came very clean again 5 stars.qill definitely use again when back on the island

Fantastic service from start to finish. Easy process of collecting and paying for the car. I had a VW t-cross for a week car was in great condition very well looked after vehicle, as to be expected from such a professional company.

What is good about Sanasty car hire Tenerife is you do the hiring by email and no money is paid until you get there. The car is waiting in the car park so there is no queue to wait in. You can get on your way without any fuss. Very reasonable prices , I do recommend this company.

Great service picked up the car at the airport with no fuss all done over email prior to arriving. No queues to deal with as arranged online. Car was perfect for 10 day trip and took us all over the island . Would highly recommend Sanasty

Very easy to book our car hire online via email. Car was delivered promptly to our hotel and we dropped it off at Buddies bar as agreed with Andrew. We would definitely use this company again.

Had massive problems with a car rental company at the airport (were left stranded without a car).

Once in Los Cristianos we rented a car from Sanasty, and they were brilliant. No problems, very straightforward, reasonable prices, no silly conditions and no outrageous deposits.

Do yourself a favour, forget the big companies at the airport, book with these guys.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Fair prices and decent cars . Will definitely be using on a regular basis. Well done Sanasty.

Hired a Skoda Fabia from 08/02/24 for 6 days. Car was at the airport and was clean and in great condition. Called into the office to pay Andrew after a couple of days who was friendly. Left the car at the airport as agreed. Would recommend Sanasty car rental as car was safe and did not try try to sell me extra insurance, etc. Also did not have to queue for ages at a hire company desk. Will definitely use again. Thanks Andrew.

We've been using Sanasty for a few years now and have always found the service excellent. We pick up the car at the airport from the public car park. We provide our details before arrival and we are then given instructions about the car. A big plus is not having to join a queue to collect keys, this has taken up to an hour with other companies we have used in the past, with the added benefit of not having to queue and pay for a taxi. The cars have improved over the years and we had a Skoda Fabia this time, which was a great little car. I thoroughly recommend them.

Very professional group of people.
They are handling things quickly and they are very polite.
They have my biggest recommendation!!!

I booked a car with Sanasty through e-mail. Communication from Andrew was good. I was given the option to pick it up at the airport, office or hotel. I opted to get it at the hotel.

The car arrived promptly and was spotlessly clean. I have had cars from other firms and none of them were a patch on this one for cleanliness. Lisa went through all the contract with me in the hotel and explained everything. I was shown the car and all its controls and I was given the option to have it returned from the hotel or to return it to the office which was only a five minute walk away. Lisa e-mailed the details.

The car allowed us to explore the island and was the highlight of our stay.

Thank you to Lisa and the team for a Fab-u-lous experience and a lovely clean car!
I will be booking again next year.
